Seriously though is there anyway to cut back the amount of pre I produce? Not looking to be cut, I just wanna turn down the faucet a bit. Let’s hear the advice of the forum.

It varies with each man. Some men produce alot of pre cum, some medium, some less.

It functions to remove urine acid in your urethra that is harmful to your sperm. It lubricates the inside of your urethra and helps flush out any left over urine. Then it lubricates the inside of your meatus, your piss slit opening, which helps prepare your for sex without a dry meatus catching or sticking closed. Until the urine clears your meatus to get your normal piss stream back open again. Your multiple nightly erections can flush your urethra all night long to help prevent dry debris blocking or gluing your piss slit shut.

Also the pre cum helps lubricate the foreskin and penis head for both masturbation and entry into a vagine or anus for sex. Uncircumcised men know that precum helps lubricate inside their foreskin to prepare for sex by lubing their entire penis head. It also helps lubricate inside the foreskin to make it slide back and forth smoother for sex and masturation. A big advantage that circumcised males lose.

Theoutflow of pre cum helps prevent germs and foreign matter from going up your urethra during sex before you ejaculate. That constant flow of pre cum during oral, vaginal, and anal sex and thrusting help to block and force out anything trying to pass up your urethra and into your body. It is a self defence mechanism for our open urethras during long sexual penetrations. The more pre cum flowing out, the more it flushes out any harmful invaders trying to enter your body. The pre cum deposited inside the female reproductive tract also help to neutralize her acid envoronment to make it more hospitable for your sperm when you ejaculate inside her body. It helps more of your sperm survive inside her body to increase fertilization chances.

The pre cum does contain sperm. So women fear it as a sperm source that can impregnate them. One friend s older brother impregnated his girlfriend by accident with only his pre cum and without ever ejaculating inside her body. He got a shot gun wedding from that.

So men do need to practice safe sex with pre cum.

The only medication I can think of that would eliminate precum would be Flomax. Although it's designed as a treatment for enlarged prostates, the way it works is to relax the smooth muscles in the groin. With those muscles relaxed, it's easier to get a urine flow through the prostate (which is a smooth muscle).

One of its big side effects is retrograde ejaculation. No precum and no semen when a man cums. It's been investigated as male birth control.
