As I said before, you need a letter of recommendation from a gender therapist. When you have this letter you should be able to find a surgeon. It's not impossible, at least in Germany. Things are getting better slowly.
P.S. Belgium is near to the area where my therapist and surgeon are located

In fact, there are actually some surgeons willing to do even a complete nullification. But they need at least one therapist letter confirming some kind of gender dysphoria, similar to transgender. And to get this letter you need counseling with a therapist. The way is much the same as with mtf and ftm transgender people. The price for nullification is currently somewhere between 10000 to 11000 EUR.

You do not have to use any gender labels that you do not like. Your desire to remove your primary sex characteristics suggests that you may be suffering from some form of gender incongruence, and while you may not see this as a gender issue, it may be a useful way to describe your feelings and might perhaps be sufficient to access services. My guess is that your age will be a barrier at first. Surgeons will likely want a thorough psychological assessment. The sooner you start seeing a therapist/psychologist/psychiatrist, the more documented history you will have. At some point you will need to provide evidence that you are *not* crazy, and explaining yourself to a mental health professional is the accepted way of doing this. Just remember: they are working for you. With patience and determination, everything is possible.

Re: Surgical castration in Europe
It is so hard to believe in this day and age that orchiectomies are so difficult to obtain. Unbelievable. Especially in liberal progressive Western Europe. Makes no sense at all. We just simply have to keep fighting and pushing to get this to change. There are definitely surgeons in the US that will do it. They just like to keep a low profile for fear of the Medical Association giving them a hard time. I had my orchiectomy done by a surgeon back in 2004 who did it with no strings attached or questions asked. Too bad he isn't still around or you guys from Europe would be able to get it done with no problem whatsoever. Well just stay determined and don't give up the fight. You can do anything you put your mind to. I can do some research and try to find surgeons in the US who will perform castrations if you want. I know they are out there for sure. I just want to help out anyway I can.
