Looking for a surgeon in California

Looking of a surgeon on west coast to perform orchiectomy with scrotal reduction preferably under general anesthesia that doesn’t cost a fortune.

Have a pudendal nerve issue that causes unwanted arousal, priapism and hypersensitivity as well as non binary gender dysphoria, been on cyproterone 5 years, estrogen 1 year, have my two letters. Already had facial surgery and breast removal.

Was scheduled for surgery last week but my insurance denied both appeals and won’t cover it all for medical necessity or gender issues.

The urologist I was referred to only performs surgeries in a major hospital which wanted almost $20k for self pay.

If anyone knows someone on west coast without a long waiting list, all the popular ones here can take up to 2 years,

Talk to Dr. Tuan Nguyen near Portland OR. He did my scrotectomy. He does orchi with letters (which you already have). He has done a lot of trans related surgeries.
