Taking care of my "man boobs"
Well, the Amazon dude arrived with my order of two sports type bras for my here-to-fore ignored man boobs. Now I thought there would be some sort of tingle I'd get from donning a bra, but no, it was just like putting on any other piece of clothing. It doesn't look much like the regular girly bras like my wife wears, but more like a half tank top. No lace. No frills. It's still a woman's bra but not really feminine at all.
However, the effect of securing the two little fellows and giving the tender nipples a break was amazing. Instant comfort and a better feeling of security. The one I have been wearing for three hours is very comfortable and supportive. There is not a hint of it's presence under a tee shirt and it has definitely cut the sharp profile of the breast although I still have the bulge. Now it's just a question of how much the wife giggles when I get undressed tonight for bed. Who know..... she may get a rise from it.
So if anyone else suffers from gynecomastia and doesn't want a very feminine looking undergarment, I can highly recommend trying this one - Hanes Women's SmoothTec ComfortFlex Fit Wireless Bra, Style G796.

That’s a great suggestion. I’ve been wanting a new bra for a while and I’m going to order two of these ion Friday. Thanks for the heads up.

Re-reading this, I have to agree 10,000% with this statement.

I ordered this bra today. Thank you for the suggestion. I found it funny that in the photo section of the Amazon reviews, one photo was from a man with Gynecomastia. That bra has a 4.5 rating and over 4,000 reviews. You picked, and shared, a good one. Thank you.

I have some bella low impact sports bras for general work/stairs/etc but I teach Martial ARts so I use a Jockey high impact sports bra for that, and THAT bra is amazing but a tad snug.
I'm only an A cup, halfway to B perhaps. But on TRT/OTC E my nipples are tender, gotta keep the girls firm when this happens.

Re: Taking care of my "man boobs"
I just ordered two of these also, an XL and an XXL. My measurements say 42B, but we'll see. Those straps seem too tight the few times i've tried these things on, and I've never found one that fit me. I'm still mentally struggling with the idea that "bras are for breasts, not for women". But workouts are uncomfortable with too much motion going on, and my nips are pretty visible in a t-shirt. We'll see what happens!

I bought 7 of these (https://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/Generic-Fa ... 7FL36GGL7S) in beige, a few months ago.

Re: Taking care of my "man boobs"
Well I've been in my new bra for about five days now and really do find it comfortable. It especially helps my swollen nipples from chaffing and seems to flatten out my little boobs. My wife has stopped giggling at me and now even helps me get it on and off. I don't know how much bigger my man boobs will grow but until I start looking like Dolly Pardon really don't care much. Because I take no TRT I am still considering HRT with low dose estrogen for health reasons. I am reading more and more on the benefits of estrogen staving off osteoporosis and some articles even indicate an increased libido on higher doses. Of course if I choose that route my little fellows will probably grow even larger. We shall see....
