what does that mean, your glans was places under the skin
Exactly what LT already said. In simple words, during penectomy the glans including the belonging blood vessels and nerves was separated from the penis and placed below the skin.

Did either you or keyman have this done?
My surgeon talked me into moving the nerves saying he didn't want to "take those nerves off the table" incase I wanted to be orgasmic. I too am rethinking that decision but there is no bulge or notice to them unless I touch that area. I'm able to cum about as easy as I could before. It's still rather milky and very sticky, much to my surprise.
Biggest thing that really bothers me is a muscle the contracts as if my penis is being pulled up when hard. I started researching if Botox would be an option to see how it feels if immobile. Botox is approved for use in the groin so I may be able to get it done.
Time for another update. As mentioned before, I have had some issues with a stricture. Two little treatments weren't successful, so I had an additional little surgery to get the urethra opening fixed two weeks ago. I took the chance and decided to get the glans removed during the same procedure. Currently I'm still not healed completely and having still some swelling. As far as I can tell so short afterwards, the surgery was successful and peeing is very easy now, much better than after the first surgery. Hope it will continue to work well. And having the glans removed feels also good.

Hey,
So glad to hear you are doing good. Also, it's great that you have found doctors who are so helpful.
Please keep this thread going because your experience is valuable.
Time goes by really quickly. Today is my 9 month "anniversary" and almost 4 months since the revision of the urethra opening. The revision was successful as peeing is now possible without any issues. I don't regret having the glans removed during the revision, either. It feels much better now. Everything is healed nicely and things are normal. The extra space down there feels really good, I enjoy this very much.
But achieving orgasm is still very difficult, if not impossible. Recently I was close to it completely by accident, but via active stimulation didn't work so far. I'm not unhappy about it, as being less sexual sensitive was one of my reasons for having the penis removed.
The visual appearance could be a litte bit better, as the lower part looks a bit too female and there's still some fatty bubble in way of the pubic bone. But these things don't bother me too much, so there's no urgent need to get that fixed. And I'm simply not keen on a further surgery.
All in all not much to tell, life is now as normal as possible. I really like being a nullo and wish it could have happened some decades earlier in my life.
