Apologizes if this question is too "nosey", I don't mean it to be. But is someone in control of your finances (ie: a payee) or have power of attorney over you? I ask these questions because I have a couple mental health issues myself. I have Aspergers, a high-functioning form of Autism, depression, and anxiety. I take meds, I see a shrink, I see a therapist, and I have no issues doing whatever I want do or with my body.

If no one is in control of your finances or have power of attorney over you and you are taking your meds (like I do daily), then you are of sound mind and perfectly able to make decisions regarding yourself and your body...and what you may or may not want on it (if you catch my drift).

Didnt know this was possible in germany. How much does it cost here? Would like to see the result. Probably not a very common surgery here.

You're right, the surgery is not very common here. But there are options coming up which follow a very similar path as the established ones for mtf and ftm transgender. I won't be the first german nullo, but it looks like I will be the first one in Germany who gets this kind of surgery based on this quite new way. The costs will be approximately 11000 EUR which I unfortunately have to pay by myself, as the public health insurance still is only allowed to pay for binary

There won't be any pictures of the result. Once I post them online, there will be a great number of unauthorized copies, and I don't want that. The only way to avoid that is not posting.

11000 is less than I payed for both surgeries (only cometic revision after penectomy in germany) so if the result is good it seems to be a good option.

I have complete control over my self and finances. It's just I don't think having pre existing mental health issues would bias their views.

I thought so, but I had to ask. Again, I apologize. I think that's why they do the letters to clear any of that up before hand. Even "normal people" have depression and anxiety, and most people can't tell I have Aspergers. I open with it, though. Just come out with it, they are going to make you jump through the letter hoop anyway, so it will resolve itself. To get a letter, you gotta see a shrink. So, I think that person will clearly understand that this is you talking and not a product of any mental illness. You got this. If you need someone to talk to, I'm here.

No good news. I just got a phone call from the hospital. They cancelled the surgery due to the corona virus. All hospitals in Germany are ordered to cancel all surgery which is not absolutely necessary at the moment. That means my nullification will be postponed at least by 2 to 3 months probably, or even a lot longer in worst case.
