2019 worst year for me

hi my name is chesley and this year everything hit the fan. first i learned i couldn't ever work again then December 29 2018 both my testicles swelled up to the size of tennis balls i was in extreme pain and only given tylenol and ibuprofen for the pain January 9 2019 i saw the urologist and had surgery the next day to remove the epydidamis and nerves from both testicles when i woke i was told he had to remove my right testicle because it was dead this hit me like a ton of bricks a week later the wound site died and was left rotting for over a week then in the doctors surgery he cut out all the dead tissue including tissue on my left testicle that died the hole time i was awake and had no pain killers when he was done stitching me up he finally decided to numb me my body couldn't take anymore abuse and i started having trouble breathing and the room started spinning he had to stop numbing me and they checked my blood pressure and blood oxygen level and pulse my blood pressure was very high my o2 was low and pulse was fast they monitored me for 30 minutes until i became stabilized then i was bandaged up and sent on my way. i had continious pain in my left testicle and nothing helped it except a nerve block that i got 3 weeks before the removal of it on March 17 2019 the nerve block only lasted for a week and i was back in sever pain and continued until a week after its removal now i thought the worsts was behind me but no 7 days later the wound rotted again even worse than the first time this time they had to call a wound care surgeon and operate again it took several hours to do it and had to remove most of my left scrotum across the top of my scrotum to the right side under my penis and part of the skin covering the left side of the penis and a section of my inner thigh it was 3 inches deep and i could see my interior penis through the open wound because they couldn't close it because it would start rotting again i was in the hospital for a week on several different antibiotics each one stronger then the last with the last antibiotis i had to have blood works several times because it could shut down my kidneys. i had a wound care nurse come in and clean and dress it 3 days a week and had to go to the hospital one day a week for the doctor to cut away outer tissue to keep it healing it was very pain full and i had to go through this for 9 months until it finally closed its all scar tissue and i have no feeling on my left side of my groin and lower shaft of my penis and now the scar tissue i shrinking causing pain because there is a nerve going through it now. Then all the medical bills came in and i couldn't afford to pay them so i had to go bankrupt and lost everything including my house that i only had 10 years to pay to own it. now i have nothing no car no money because of new medical bills because my health has gotten worse and needing to see several specialist. the latest thing to happen is that my social security is in peril because i worked 2 days a week from June 1 st to December 31 mowing lawns and shoveling snow i'm mentally disabled but up until September 2018 i could do this kind of work but because of shoulder problems from an old injury i can no longer physically do this kind of work. this work paid for my medications property taxes and food my boss told me i didn't have to report it so i trusted him. i now have migraines daily and am on several medications for it and get Botox injections in my neck and head every 3 months i'm just finishing up 1 month of physical therapy for this and go to a chiropractor weekly for this. this has helped me greatly lower the pain i experience. now i'm trying to pick things back up and restart my life as a new eunuch it's hard dealing with all the new changes mostly sexually nothing seams to work anymore i'm sexless now i have no sensations at all because of the nerve damage done i can some times get hard if i try really hard but i don't feel anything and it doesn't last very long now. all i can hope is next year will be better. thanks for putting up with me the unexpected eunuch.

New update I'm on so many different medications now that I no longer have any sexual thoughts and can't feel anything anymore I don't get erections ejaculate or orgasm anymore and when I touch myself I feel absolutely nothing. It's just left a empty feeling now I have to find something to fill it with. It's not a great feeling for someone who didn't want it and I think if those who think they want it would be very disappointed with it.
