I wonder if you stood out as having such a well endowed penis as a newborn baby ? I read jewish circumcisors say infants penis size varies a lot. Maybe your dr thought he better leave you more growing room than most infants when he left you with more foreskin ?

No idea except I’ve always had this rep from early childhood so I’m pretty sure it’s always been “oversized”. I wonder if it got hard when that cut was made. That would’ve been a bit freaky for the doc if it did.

I read that even infants inside their mother s womb can get erections and all through childhood, but not in a sexual way until puberty begins.

I m betting that intense pain and stress of infant circumcision might cause newborn erections.

If you did pop a bone as you got cut, it helped your dr circumcise you in the right place along your shaft and decide how much foreskin to cut off you, much better than cutting on a soft dick.
