How do you survive at Zero Testosterone?
I so much want to live without any testosterone, and I've seriously tried to live without it and live as a true Eunuch, since getting castrated 27 years ago, (I've tried hundreds of times), but every time when i make it to about 8 weeks, I fail, and go back to taking T. Why? I get to feeling very low energy, feel hopeless, negative, less confident, weak muscles and twitches, harder to sleep, heart palpitations (may be hot flashes), etc., and it so bad I feel i have to get back on the T.
How do I get past this 8 week limit and go long-term with this? How did you do it, what do you recommend? Is anyone out there really on "zero" T, I think yes.
Is this like breaking an addiction and i just need to push through at it "gets better" at same point like 6 months "off". What do you think?
What do I like about no T: no erections, smooth skin, breast growth, less hair growth, penis shrinkage, no reliance on big pharma, etc.

Lower your T gradually. That might be the key. Take a time span like 6 months when you reduce your T intake gradually to zero.
It helps to cope with negative effects.

If you look at menopausal women it also goes very gradually. They get hot flashes but normally it takes about 2 years for them to finally settle their hormones and the hot flashes disappear. It takes long time. If you do it very quickly you sure get bad side effects.

I was at "zero" T for 4 months using Androcur. Actually it never goes to zero. Generally it is considered that anything below 50ng/dL is a castrate levels. But I think it should be lower. Like below 30ng/dL. As at 47ng/dL I did not feel castrated enough. My lowest recorded level was 17ng/dL.
The hardest time was weeks 3-8. After that transition period it started to get better. Very slowly. Sleep got better and I was less exhausted. Dizziness went away. Also I started to get used to my new condition. Emotionally, after that period I felt even happy.

Re: How do you survive at Zero Testosterone?
It's a combination of things, I've been castrated over ten years and tried to go without using or adding back testosterone several times, but for me, it's the depression. It's like nothing I've ever experienced, so I've chosen to "low dose" testosterone. My "t" levels average between 125-150 ml? I've read that most males my age still have "t" levels over 600 ml's, some higher some lower, but that's the average. My low levels keep me sane and have reduced most of testosterone's effects. I've given up thinking I can live without it completely. I've also considered using estrogen, but decided, after reading about men who used it, that I didn't want bigger breasts or chaotic emotions.

My T isn't down to zero but low enough that I was having problems with memory loss and lower energy. For me the solution has been adding estradiol and progesterone. I feel far better than either being on testosterone or on androgen suppression. Since you don't mind breast growth then some combination of female hormones may work for you as well

Re: How do you survive at Zero Testosterone?
I'm on a lot of testosterone and want to get it lowered I inject my testosterone weekly when I see my endocrinologist in a month I'm going to ask for him to lower my dose what the problem is that I don't know how low I need to go to still feel good and not have the adverse side effects. Before my first surgery to remove my right testicle my doctor stopped my HRT because it was way to high so I went 2 months without HRT and got flashes severe depression gained weight and couldn't think. I'm looking for the least testosterone I need to take or maybe low dose estradiol but I don't want to get breasts any information is appreciated.
