I had similar problems mentally I'm now on effexor which is a snri but was on paxil for 20 years and still had problems with effexor I'm having the problems im also on geodon wich is an anti psychotic and that has helped me greatly. try the anti psychotic meds and talk to your psychiatrist about changing to effexor it has taken decades to get my meds right thru trial and error if you don't like it you can stop

I was on Paxil and with Gabapentin it worked fantastically, though if I took the Gabapentin too many days in a row it stopped having any effect so I had to wait a couple of weeks to take the Gabapentin to get the full effect, however the Paxil and also the Luvox stopped working at the beginning of the year, along with several other odd things such as significant weight loss and changes in my sleep patterns and dreams. I thought I might have diabetes but when I finally managed to get to a hospital they did blood work and told me I didn't. I really really wish I could get admitted to the mental hospital because I would be able to get my psych meds sorted immediately instead of only being able to see a psychiatrist once every four weeks.

I'm interested the SNRIs, but I'm absolutely terrified of anti-psychotics, the two that I was already prescribed, Risperdal and Zyprexa did nothing but give me terrible side effects such as giving me a constant sense of despair and terror and severely agitate my OCD symptoms. It's what ruined the one time I actually managed to get admitted to the mental hospital, they put me in chemical restraints and then gave me Risperdal, which made me wacked out of my mind and unable to actually benefit from any of the therapy they provided there. I do not want to try anymore anti-psychotics and find out what horrible side effects they will have.

Following your posts here, I am disturbed by your actions and reactions. As a psychologist, reading this stuff, it is very clear to me that you are in fact psychotic. There are over 30 different meds that can be used in situations like yours. It is not unusual that some of them don't work or have unintended consequences and side-effects. The normal procedure is to discontinue the bad med, and try something else. Eventually, something usually works; it will take some time, and will need your cooperation and patience. The "girl" became suicidal and the truth was revealed, at which point "he" resumed his birth gender. Everything went well for a while; he even married. Absolutely. I know quite a bit about this case. It’s a very sad example of how bad science masqueraded as substance. The fraudulent work shaped the “standard of care” for almost three decades. I know this case well, because I researched the hell out of it after I found out several older doctors wanted to remove my testicles and perform SRS, so my parents could raise me as a girl. WTF?? Fortunately, Dr. Money’s work in this area had already fallen into question when I was born.

I ment to say that I'm not having any mental health problems at all. all you have to do is keep an open mind and try to find the right combination of meds that works for you it took several tries to find the right combination but finally I'm sane. keep on trying is all you can do. I hope you find the right meds that work for you.

I never wanted to have a penis and testicles, so I really wouldn't missed them if they fell off. If I was closer to 20 rather 60, I think that I would give feminization a try was see what happens.

But at this stage of my life, I think that I would be very content to go full nullo eunuch and present myself as male.
