Re: Hot flashes
Well if you are a eunuch then that explains it. Take low dose estrogen. I take 1 mg every 4 days and that prevents the hot flashes. You can easily buy it on an online pharmacy at a reasonable cost. Estrofem is what I take. Good luck.

Re: Hot flashes
Even as a eunuch our T even on TRT is highest in the morning and we use it up during the day and as a eunuch our bodies can’t ramp up for extra activity or strenuousness. If I get really worn out from strenuous long working it takes a while to recover. I am on slow release pellets.

Re: Hot flashes
This phenomena is not studied very well I think. People who have hot flashes mostly are expected to have them. Like people with prostate cancer and nobody really cares. Like about Androcur castration reversibility side effects.
But you can guess why. The system that forces testicles to produce Testosterone and other byproducts is complex. It has a feedback system. I am not sure if that feedback system is really well studied. What hormones exactly give feedback to stop GnRH release. Is it Nandrolone, Androstenedione, testosterone, Dihydrotestosterone... And you have just some derivative of testosterone in your system that might not activate feedback system. And then GnRH releasing system goes overdrive and you have your hotflash.
