Another legit surgeon that will do elective orchiectomy without a letter

In the NW suburbs of Atlanta, there is a Plastic Surgeon who will perform an orchiectomy with scrotectomy without a therapist's letter. He is Dr. Fara Movagharnia of GRS Atlanta (www.srsatlanta.com). The only letter he requires is one from you to him "explaining why you are asking to have an orchiectomy. In that letter, you must to be honest and truthful and indicate the true reasons for such a request. Dr. Movagharnia needs to be convinced that your desire is sincere in order to perform your surgery." In November 2017, orchie alone was $5000.00. Getting the immediate scrotum removal adds another $2K. It's expensive, but it's safe and performed by a highly trained plastic surgeon.

I wrote my letter, and he accepted me as a patient. I did all the paperwork and was saving up for orchie with scrotectomy when a near-miracle occurred that meant I got a "medically necessary" castration free—more on that later.

My God, what irony, I live in the Atlanta area, but the dude probably doesn't take Medicaid just like the mental institution I was begging to be admitted to earlier this month, or any of the clinics I've visited to test if I have diabetes, because in the last half year my psych meds have stopped working and I've lost nearly 40 pounds in that time, and based on my shitty diet diabetes is the most likely explanation.

$5000 is about what I am paying for eye surgery to have cataracts removed and lens implants fitted.
