Nandrolone for trt
Has anyone used nandrolone because if I understand it correctly it works like testosterone without giving you an libido an gives you ed. I'm taking it now and wanted to know if I had to take any testosterone at all? I don't want to have any sexual abilities or sex drive but I do need hormones to feel good. I read it increases your muscle growth and helps in loosing weight. I've put on 29 lbs since my castration and was over weight already. I just took my first shot of 250 mg tonight. I also have an enlarged prostate and it said it might fix that too. Any help is appreciated.

I am interested too as I'm concerned about weight gain after my nullification surgery. Anything to help with weight control or even loss would be welcome.

Re: Nandrolone for trt
I did a blog a while back so please have a look.
A member warned it was a bit of a touchy subject here so kept the subject off the main board.I
f any moderators are reading this what are your views on this subject.
I did not keep the blog up as It raised little interest.
But feel free to read.
I said in your other thread its lack of androgenic properties may help with enlarged prostrate but thats only my opinion. There is an old snippet on the web by a medic who seemed to share these views.

I don't know who warned you, but the board has no official policy about nandrolone. If it is of value in achieving one's objectives here, then discuss it all you want. Just make sure your info about it is correct and you can back it up. All too often people get ahold of some bogus information, and it has to be un-educated.

Thanks Kristoff I have read a favorable report but wat a bit coy about putting it up here. I will post a link to this report as what the author was saying was pretty positive.

Re: Nandrolone for trt
Here is a bit more info on the subject for anyone interested.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4837307/
The report seems to think Nandrolone has a bit to offer.
I was mixing mine with Testosterone cypionate and felt pretty good for it.
Any way I wont bang on about it but have a read of the report.

Reduce the consumption of sweets and try Intermittent Fasting. It's a form of time-restricted eating, squeezing all meals into a maximum eight hour period, followed by at least 16 hour overnight fast. Some eat only one meal a day. I did not go that far. I like to eat
During the 16+ hours of fasting, you only consume water, water with apple cider vinegar, or unsweetened tea.
You do not have to have a fanatical approach. If you are at a party or other event, you can bounce that day over the fasting.
On the internet you find a lot of information about intermittent fasting. One of my favorites is Dr. Eric Berg's YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/drericberg123/playlists).
