Hello

Post by neuter2B (imported) »

I am new here and am looking to have my genitals removed. I am a gay bottom and have thought about this option for years and know removal is my best option. my greatest pleasure comes when i am being made to serve a Man and he cums; i can't explain how much joy i feel knowing that He is receiving pleasure through using me. i almost never get hard when and focus on Him only. my genitals occasionally are a minor distraction and i know i would serve better if they were gone. i am aware that this is significant thing and it can not be reversed.

i am wondering if it would be better to have everything removed at once or do it as an orchiectomy first then the penectomy. There is a great amount of information on this site about what I should expect afterwards.

i have checked with several surgeons including Dr. Arnkoff who appears to have the lowest cost. The problem is that cost would be almost $10,000.00 and it will take time to get the money together to have the procedure done. i also understand that there are clinics in Mexico which will do the procedure but am not sure of the cost to get there. there is the issue that I live in Philadelphia PA and no practitioners are close to me. Now that i have finalized my decision I want to move forward and be neutered.

I have heard mixed reports about Dr A so far as preforming this procedure goes.

There is a transgender clinic in Tijuana that also does this work.

I believe the clinic does a taxi pick up from San Diego as part of the package.

Also this place may be worth a look https://www.mozaiccare.net/

Perhaps some guys here who have undergone this procedure will be able to help more.

Welcome BTW loads of good info here.

Please DO NOT openly ask about cutters on the Eunuch Archive. Those comments are strictly forbidden here.

As for legitimate help... It would depend on what your rationale is for wanting to lose your genitals. The one you outlined above won't cut it, you need a legitimate reason for obtaining legitimate help.

As for Dr. Arnkoff, run as fast as you can the other direction with him for anything other than castration. He has very poor plastic surgery skills, and unless you want to have a scarred up mess on your crotch, don't go to him.

And as far as cost and distance... You are desiring to have a part of your body amputated through irreversible surgical means. It is risky at any level, and it's not the time to be doing a cost comparision. It's your long-term health and well being you're talking about, not a shirt on a sale rack.

I have seen his work and @Losethem has it exactly correct. It is a scarred up mess. I've talked to him early on but have decided to pursue other options for my nullification. I have my 2 letters and had my first surgical consult just this morning and have another in a different state on the 19th. I'm looking forward to getting it done but want it done right. Take your time, talk to a therapist for the letter(s) required and move forward with a surgeon. Best of luck.
