Prostate cancer

Post by Chesleyt (imported) »

I got my biopsy results today and found out that I don't have prostate cancer that was a relief to know I've been worrying for 16 months since my first biopsy came back suspicious for prostate cancer. I just want to tell everyone to have there PSA checked and get their digital rectal exam yearly you can still get prostate cancer even if you are castated chemical or surgically I know I'm surgically castrated. So please get checked out it's uncomfortable and embarrassing but it can save your lives.

There is a well held belief getting castrated will stop you getting PC. From what I have read this is not true. Castration can slow PC once you have it, but doesn't prevent it.

I've read cases of transfemales dieing from prostate cancer because they didn't get it checked recent research has shown that estrogen by bi prodics cause prostate cancer to develop but after the cancer is established certain estrogens actually help in the slowing of it's progress. Also estrogen is responsible for BHP enlargement of the prostate.

Compared to having half the clinic touching and examining your balls and dick, prostate rectal exams are very mild. And the rectal exam does not hurt at all if you relax and push out your anus to help the dr s finger slip up your ass ! Just like opening up for anal sex with a finger that is way smaller than a penis. Drs appreciate us taking it without all the " I m not gay. I m embarrassed by this. " act that many men put on for their drs. Just be a man, bend over, spread your legs wide, and let your dr lube your asshole and insert his finger inside you. It feels odd if you are not a bottom man. But it is pleasurable on your prostate to be stroked and massaged. Its perfectly normal to dribble some clear pre cum as your prostate is pressed on to feel for any lumps in it. The dr gives you paper towels to wipe off the lube on your ass and wipe the pre cum off your penis yourself, after he is done feeling your prostate.

Its well worth hearing the words, " You have the prostate of a healthy young man, nothing wrong there ! "

I've seen a lot written on the subject including that the overwhelming majority of men will develop prostate cancer by the age of seventy. I have also read that if a man is castrated his risks are substantially diminished. An Australian study found that frequent ejaculation, as in several times a week, significantly reduced the risk of developing PC.

So if you want to avoid prostate cancer (1). get castrated, (2). jerk off twice a week and (3). Eat a lot of bacon so you die of heart disease before age seventy.

It's not the testosterone that causes PC it's estrogen getting castrated doesn't protect you from getting PC that is an old wise tale you will still get PC even without balls if conditions are right.

Sidenote: It's pretty much pointless to get PSA checked if you're castrated, on antiandrogens or estrogen since it will typically show a false negative due to the already low T.

Yes even trans women get PC and no, we don't get checked because doctors deem it unnecessary.

Can you give any sources? I mean - androgen deprivation therapy is used for prostate cancer, and estrogen is sometimes used too, to help with the side effects?

Men, teens, and boys should all lobby to get free male orgasm and semen milking machines installed in all men s bathrooms and locker rooms to get several ejaculations per week to prevent prostate cancer. Walk up to a machine, slide your erect dick into it, machine turns on to get us bull milked to empty our prostates completely. Just like using a urinal.

Seriously, I ve never seen any data on what age men need to get castrated to prevent prostate cancer. There should be enough accident and medical eunuchs to do a study of that. But since most unwilling eunuchs use artificial testosterone, only those eunuchs not on T could be used in such a study.
