Re: Heya :)
So, I went to my doctor yesterday and guess what? I need to wear tighter underwear, because that will somehow solve it.
Apparently the gaff I wear isn't enough...
I already had little expectations but somehow I still got disappointed. I don't even get to see an urologist.
I'm so fucking tired of this shitty life.

Truth is, wearing jockstraps every day does help to lift up and partly immobilize your balls, which can help reduce ball pain for some men. My jockstraps fit so tightly around my balls that I cannot pull my jocks down quickly because the jock s elastic nut pouch grips tight around my balls and won t let go until I gently lift both balls out of the pouch. If I try to pull my jock off fast, it pulls my balls along with it. No underwear does that.
Try wearing jockstraps every day. It might help reduce your ball pains. It helps my balls hurt less.

They do the opposite of a gaff, but a dance belt really helps ball pain
I mean, I already wear two really tight panties every day and there's no way I could go out without it. There's really no room for anything to hang or move around. I would tuck too if it wasn't for my giant varicocele.
Sure it helps a bit, but I'll never be pain free. And it's not just the testes either, I get pain/discomfort in my inguinal canal/groin as well.
I'm still sad and disappointed how I got brushed off so easily. He even confirmed that it's not functioning anymore, both visually and with blood tests. It's just dead weight at this point but no one cares I guess.

Re: Heya :)
Is there any chance of switching to an other doctor? It sounds like your current doc is completely incompetent.

Yeah, and he's especially incompetent when it comes to HRT and trans people. But at least he's not transphobic and he's been somewhat supportive when it comes to my self-medding.
Finding a better doctor will be troublesome, since I kinda live in the bible belt. So far, this has been the only doc that wasn't a complete asshole.
I do (finally) have an appointment with an endo where I will discuss this issue again. I really need that second referral. Hopefully they won't make me wait for years...

Good luck! I know what pain in the ass this long waiting without any progress is.
Are there any good (transgender) support groups that might be helpful?

Re: Heya :)
Thanks.
No support groups anywhere nearby unfortunately, but luckily I'm blessed with accepting family and friends.
I did go to a very nice support group back in January, but it's a 1.5 hour drive and I had to sell my car in order to save for SRS.
