Sterilization from Estradiol

I started on Estradiol 7 weeks ago and expect my testicles to shrink and become sterile. Can anyone here describe their experiences with this. What sort of things did you experience? How long before sterility becomes permanent? Genital shrinkage? Anything else? I have already experienced some testicle shrinkage. Of course, the main benefit is breast growth, which I have also been seeing.

There are no solid answers on any of these questions and all depends on dosage. I would avoid anti androgens and just take enough E to shut down T or only use them for a few months. Even better, look into the Calcium Chloride injections to get rid of T permanently.

It would be hard to avoid anti-androgens, as I am on Dutasteride for BPH and don't want to experience those issues again. I live in Ontario and the protocol here makes things easier. For example, I am getting Estradiol on informed consent. Any surgery requires a year on hormones and 2 evaluations, which can be done by a variety of health care professionals, not just psychologists or psychiatrists. So, castration is also an option in the not to distant future. On the other hand I've heard of some who's genitals atrophy, after sufficient time on E.

While it depends on the person I've been on estradiol and spironolactone for around 8-9 month now (I'm terrible at keeping track, sorry D: ) and on the rare occasion that I both feel compelled to masturbate *and* manage to "shoot", there's absolutely nothing in it, just a clear liquid. On the couple of times I've had to be off HRT, my desire to masturbate came back somewhat (but still diminished compared to pre-HRT) and my ability to ejaculate properly returned, but with absolutely no "force" if that makes sense? Just sorta drips out, if I ended up doing vaginal penetration for some reason I highly doubt it would get far enough in there to impregnate the person. The whole setup is also shrunken quite a bit with my testicles sort of hardened, like small pebbles or something. My dick has lost like 25% of its length, which is absolutely excellent for me because I always hated how big it was and how it made a bulge in form-fitting pants, and it hardly does now.

Also, for what it's worth, I was once punched there during a very unfortunate drunken misunderstanding where I was mistaken for someone else, and I barely felt it in my nuts, just in my pelvis, so as well as the shrinking it seems like the sensation in the area has diminished. Not sure if I'm 100% sterilised but I very highly doubt I'd be able to impregnate someone in the traditional way even if I wanted to.
