Thanks for the feedback. My initial thought was it would be an easy way to deal with it but I see your points now. I certainly think I will need something because my chem cast trials with no hormones was very rough. Perhaps in my later years things will be different.

The other problem with pellets is that your T levels will vary quite a bit - high right after insertion, then tapering off towards the end. I was on Aveed every 10 weeks, but switched to Depo shots weekly because I would have all sorts of anxiety crop up first 3 weeks after a shot. Depo (testosterone cypionate) shots are really easy now as the trend has been away from intra-muscular over to sub-cutaneous injection (i.e belly fat or other fatty location).

Also if you are in the US, check out pricing on GoodRX. 2 viles of 200 ml (good for typically 4 shots) is ~$16 US.
