Today I really feel Testosterone returning. Only 2 days ago I had massive hotflash. And there was no sign of T returning.

I really like the change. It is like waking up, feels like a fresh breeze. I can sleep much better. I did not wake up at night. I can run again. I feel burst of energy. Today I had a situation when many things that I had to do immediately, came in. Before I put a lot of effort into not loosing a track, which I lost anyway, and not to forget many things. Now I just felt like I was able to do everything on the fly not loosing a track.

Also I felt that urge to get stuff done and in order to do that I noticed that I actually run to get it done faster. I jump up and down when I feel happy. So much energy.

I do not get out of breath anymore. Breathing heavier has a result - more power. And I really can run. Actually being out of breath was eased up significantly right after stopping androcur. Right after stopping androcur it felt like much more easier. My body wasn't that heavy anymore.

But there are negative sides with testosterone too. I noticed today that my underarms smell like before castration again. Today morning I felt like I had an erection. It wasn't a full erection yet but it got much bigger.

What is good, is that my libido is still very low. I haven't masturbated for 6 days, and I don't feel like I need to. Yet. So I guess, my T levels are pretty low. I guess something around 50-70ng/dL. I wish I could remain at this level.

608 is above average, especially for someone older, just as mine once was. Beware, the first few weeks without T as the residual T drops in your blood plasma, it seems mild then seemingly overnight, one day mentally you are sexually aroused but physically nothing happens. No erection or that physical feeling of arousal and definitely after a while almost impossible to have an orgasm after stimulating self for a long time a weak orgasm feeling like a muscle twitch, no ejaculate, afterwards two or three drops of clear seminal vesicle fluid leaks out your urethral and that is all. Not what I had expected cause i thought I would tranquil, etc but did not, I felt frustrated mentally, physically lethargic, everything was an effort. Eventually I went on T injections weekly, libido returned, energy level increased, I felt good , only thing was my prostate had shrunk during that year, even now, all I ejaculate is seminal vesicle fluid clearish to opaque in color but not white prostate fluid. Good orgasms but not quite the same due to my prostate has atrophied so I do not feel my prostate balling up contracting as before but still quite satisfying orgasms. I Estim to orgasm after about two hours usually every day, which, I have found is perfect for an older person instead of traditional sexual orgasm. Most i like about now is I can regulate to a degree my libido by adjusting my weekly injection dose. I do think there is a difference between injections and natural testosterone levels, even though my libido is healthy now, not having testis producing testosterone, I am more laid back, tranquil while still feeling good unlike the way I was when my testosterone level was 3ng. I did not notice an appreciable difference in the size of my penis, although, I am sure that is due to me vacuum pumping my penis weekly during that time. Now using Estim for the past three, not requiring a full erection, semi hard, i do not get erect just semi erect and when completely soft, Yes, I do think over time my penis has shrunk due to not having full erections for the past three years. My penis is very small now compared to before when soft, been so long since I have had a rock hard erection naturally, I have no idea what the difference is but no doubt a huge difference. I am just happy I have a good Estim power box that delivers awesome sensations to me sexually whenever I desire to do so. Wish you well on your journey. Oh yes, my breasts did perk up and have remained that way due to me supplementing my T injections with low dose estrogen which has allowed my once very small titties to grow a pad of breast tissue underneath. They have become as sensitive as my penis relating to stimulation, almost have an orgasm just by playing with my titties. Never would have thought that as my tits before were never sexually sensitive until now .

I'm physically castrated and taking 200 ml testosterone cypinate a week and my underarms never smell anymore before castration they stank very bad but since castration no smell also my libido is low now before I would Masterbate several times a day now maybe once a week and I need Cialis 5 mg daily to get an erection without it I'm completely impotant also I take hours to ejaculate now if I can do it at all. trt doesn't work the same for me like natural testosterone did.

I assume you mean 200mg of testosterone cypionate, instead of ml (though typically testosterone comes in 250mg/ml vials). Anyway, 200mg per week is a LOT, it's about double what is usually prescribed for TRT. Your libido should be through the roof if what you're saying is correct. Is your testosterone pharm grade? If not it might be underdosed.

I'm under the care of an endocrinologist for my trt and 200 mg plus anastrozole 1 mg twice week is needed to keep me going I'm a high extruder of testosterone and go through it very quickly.

Effexor has a bad effect of causing sexual impotence, often to the point of failing erection. It is also a bitch getting off of it - can cause severe, long-lasting headaches, among other things. Took me two months to outlast the headaches before they stopped.

I've been having migraines for a couple of years now that I've been on effexor and am getting botox injections every 3 months and it's not working anymore I'm on steroids again after being on them two weeks ago and still no relief could that be causing the migraines to get worse I have cervical distonia diagnosed by my neurologist. my endocrinologist office called and said my trt test results were right on the money.

Testosterone is on a very slow rise.

2 days ago, in the morning I had very romantic feeling, when I walked to work, I haven't had for years... It is hard to describe. Suddenly I felt like the whole world is open to me. All the buildings and trees are friends of mine. I felt like I need to start diary or blog or even write a poem about a colorful autumn. Everything seemed so bright. I swear, I have never used any narcotics or drugs. I do not drink even. Not at all. It was not a hallucination. But I remember from my youth something similar. And now that my T is at slow rise I can attribute it to T. Is T related to endorphins or serotonine increased release? That was kind of unexpected feeling. I don't remember that anyone has described something similar. Perhaps it is something to do with T deprivation and return. I do not expect to feel the same anymore.

Of other effects I have random morning semiwoods for like 5 days. Not comparable to raging morning woods of pre chemcastration, but they are there. And today even some erotic content emerged into my dream.

But

libido is still very low. I haven't masturbated for

4 days and I don't feel like masturbation is inevitable. Though I can tell that there is a difference being "not inevitable" and "no need".

I really can run now again. And I do enjoy long walks again. I suspect that androcur was partly that reason, why I was so out of breath with any physical activity. As only few days after I stopped androcur I felt better regarding being exhausted and out of breath.

One more thing, some days after I stopped taking androcur and tamoxifen, I started to feel some mild pain in my joints. And I still occasionally feel it.

My AA of choice is Mint Tea. It works strong on me. Also Reishi Mushroom suppresses DHT better than any other herbal AA. It’s better than White Peony or Saw Palmetto. I take Pueraria Mirifica, or Herbal Estrogen, it’s an AA as well. I usually take breaks of several weeks after a dosing period to regain male function and scratch the wife’s itch. After a few weeks of NBE dosing, my package shrinks considerably. While researching otc drugs that induce gynecomastia, I saw that heavy users of Tagamet have gynecomastia rates of 40%. So my natural curiosity lead me to try the generic version of Cimetidine. After several days use, my package has shrunk even further. It’s quite alarming, actually. My panties are starting to fit surprisingly well. They’re very comfortable to wear now. Haha.

While researching Cimetidine (Tagamet) tonight I found a ton of articles stating that it does significantly increase prolactin, it does cause gynecomastia in men.

“Cimetidine is a known testicular toxicant as indicated by significantly reduced weight of male sex organs, and it causes gynecomastia in males”.

I wasn’t imagining things tonight. My entire package has shrunk significantly. In just three short days it’s 1/2 the size of what it was. Bear in mind, this is at a 1,000mg dose per day, based on stated high doses that resulted in gynecomastia.

So, it looks like there is now another option for Chemical Castration. The study goes on to say that it causes the cessation of spermatogenesis.

Like the article mentioned, I noticed an immediate effect on loss of libido & sexual function. “The prolactin response in males is swift and occurs in association with high circulating concentration of cimetidine”.
