Hello all. I suffer from Kallmann's Syndrome a rare disorder in which my body does not produce testosterone. I take testosterone gel but I realize that my sex drive and personality is nowhere near what a normal male should be. I am essentially a natural born eunuch. Just wanted to introduce myself.

Welcome to the zoo! You'll find a very diverse group here with a wide range of knowledge and experience to share. I've known only one person with Kallmann, and he decided against any hormone treatment. Even within your very small community, I expect that there is great diversity.

I always think of guys like u as the real superstars of the eunuch community. You didn’t get to choose neutered life, but u were chosen for it and that makes u even more special. Does that mean ur testicles are still there or much smaller than average? If they are not producing T, have u considered removing them?

@romuluso my testicles are still there. When I was born they were undescended. I had surgery when I was 15 to bring them down but because of the Kallmann's they don't work. They are very tiny and barely show. It looks like I just have a big sac there without any balls. They're not really visible and very small. Even though they're not producing testosterone I don't want them removed. I'd like to remain intact even though I am, in essence, neutered as you've said.

I've never got up in the mornings and have to shave either in order to be "clean shaven". -Kinda nice I think.
