Having a hard time googling up useful results on this
Im a newer surgical eunuch, 6 months or so, been on T (test cyp) the past 2 months
Been working a desk job for the past decade and Ive gained a good 30lbs of excess fat Id like to lose
How does T play into all of this, in peoples experiences? Ive found a study here or a study there that say it encourages fat loss (not necessarily weight loss) in men, but so far, I havent seen it, if anything slightly the opposite. Just got the approval from my doctor to up my dose to 100mg/week of test cyp (I started at 50) and hoping that helps...
My biggest problem is obviously I sit at a desk 10+ hours a day, hardly ever work out, and dont eat great - Im not asking for a miracle here, just wondering how peoples personal experiences and theories with it go, like is it a damage multiplier - shedding fat if you do work out, increasing fat even more if you dont? (Thats my current working theory). Is there a certain range or dosage frequency anyones found that helps them shed pounds?
I found a doctor on YouTube who said to inject test cyp twice a week for best results, he was ripped but also referred to T as that good man oil so I have concerns about taking advice from him
