Not exactly new here, but haven't properly introduced myself.

MtF transgirl here!

Had previously injected my balls with CaCl(thus how I ended here to begin with) but wasn't really that successful in the end. Right ball is more or less doomed by left ball seems a little alive.

Sadly, local doctors be it govt or private refuse to remove my balls even though they declared them barely alive. Cuz it isn't life threatening or cancerous. So hoping to find some alternative to get myself castrated locally.

Can't afford to travel ATM or take long term MCs

Also hoping to find anyone else in Singapore here!!!

Sorry to hear that news, the medical establishment can be really difficult to deal with when they encounter anything outside of what they're used to dealing with.

Outside of a trip to Thailand, I'm afraid I don't really have any advice. Hang in there, I know some folks in some countries have had success with going to see a gender therapist first, with non-binary gender identities becoming more common that might be a possible path.

Yea.

Seeing a gender therapist now so I can start on hormones soon.

But surgical stuff, almost impossible to get it locally even with a gender therapist.

Hi and Welcome, I transitioned male to feminized eunuch and recently had non-invasive SRS surgery. I first saw a gender therapist about a year ago and think it's a really good idea.
