I would think it has everything to do with the size of your manly bits to begin with. My wife loved my balls because they were small and tight with a pretty dick. She loved my dick and balls for many years. She always said, compared to other guys, I had a pretty dick and balls. LOL... She hated big hangin' balls. To her it looked like an animal. To each their own. So I'm grateful... LOL

This conversation reminded me of a beast implant conversations I've had on more than one occasion. In short, to always go one size larger than what you think you want. It seems every woman that has had implants, always regretted they didn't go one size larger. Dyslectic for this conversation, however, it should be EA's official recommendation for all soon to be Eunuchs... Sack removal during the Orchi is the only way to go.

Like you said, to each his own. Some of us love looking like wild animals lol. It does appeal more to us men than to most women. But that is also part of the attraction of it, the men who like it and are attracted to that animal look.

I have to ask, for those who have had scrotum removal after an orchi. How much did you pay for it?

My urologist quoted $6,000 and even though my insurance would pay 80% I found a skilled plastic surgeon who did an excellent job for around $1,200 cash. Add another few hundred for travel and overnight in a hotel if someone goes with you, or add a few hundred more if you go alone and have to hire a nurse to look after you 24 hours post-op the day of surgery. Shop around, for medicine is a consumer product in the USA.

Related question, for those who had a simple orchi and not a inguinal, how long did it take everyone's cords to disappear? I was castrated a bit over 6 months ago, and I figured the cords would have shrunk back into me by now, but they haven't.

They're surprisingly big, too. After I take a shower and the skin's all loose you can totally see them right through the sac. They're not attached to the scrotum, as far as I can tell.

For two years post orchi I could still feel the cord stumps. And yes, they were quite large. After the scrotum was removed last summer I no longer can find them.

Two years after my castration my empty scrotum actually seemed to stretch rather than shrink. It was most uncomfortable when walking and often even while sitting. Last year I had all the excess and useless skin removed and now truly love the feel of being scrotum free. As far as the way it looks, well.... the wife likes it and so do I. Thanks for the link to your blog, looks exactly like what my wife and I would want me to be physically. My only hesitation is possible fatigue. Very encouraging to hear you are energetic and have not turned into a lazy dog. My MD wants me to try lupron and see how things go before surgery. Your an encouragement. PS, I think hairless looks best and the idea of just having a cute little penis is Great!
