Shrinkage of the empty scrotum after castration

Did anyone find that their empty scrotum became tighter or shrank a lot during the months/years after their castration. I was cut on Jan 21 and mine is very loose and floppy, I wondered if that is likely to change.

It takes time probably a few months before you really notice any change. Mine was quite tight after 18 months and continues to improve.

A few years after my castration, my empty scrotum did shrink a little, though only when cold. When I was hot it still hung long and loose, about 4 to 5 inchs. I then had 'adult large' prosthetics fitted. They too were bearable when cold, but looked like 2 golf balls in a condom when hot. They swung around alot and would find their way into all sorts of annoying places. I eventually had those removed and was supposed to have the sack removed too. During surgery the doctor decided it wasn't necessary and left it there. By now my sack was scarred, incredibly itchy and when hot, unbearable. I hated it! The cronyism of the urologists ment that none of them would touch me. I banded it and cut it off myself, then went to the hospital to have it stitched up. I'm glad I did it, though quite embarrasing at the time. I really enjoy the sensation and look of the empty space there. Unmistakable eunuch, even at a casual glance. I'm waiting on funding to have the 'dog ears' tidied up and be fully smooth. I prefer 'no sack'

Mine was about 4" long after castration, during the approx 20 months before I had it removed it stayed more or less the same.

Seem to remember I was told that mine would shrink. It didn't until it was removed. That did it!

I was castrated nearly 19 years ago. The scrotum was not removed. It has also not shrunk a bit.

Doctor just removed my last testicle and did scrotal reduction I hope it will shrink some when healing.

My scrotum is shrinked on half size after one year... nice!

Two years after my castration my empty scrotum actually seemed to stretch rather than shrink. It was most uncomfortable when walking and often even while sitting. Last year I had all the excess and useless skin removed and now truly love the feel of being scrotum free. As far as the way it looks, well.... the wife likes it and so do I. Several months after my castration, my sac had not shrunk at all. So I went ahead with the planned removal and the removal of as much of the skin attached to my cockshaft which certainly improved the appearance. Now I am hoping to have a penectomy, so hope that more skin will be removed making the whole area much smoother.
