Chesleyt, I would suggest taking 1 mg of Estrofem once every 4 days. You can buy it online at InHouse Pharmacy. Not very expensive. It will prevent hot flashes and you won't be feminized because it is such a low dosage. Hope that helps you out.

Normal low dose means a T level around 200-300.

So you shouldn't convert too much into estrogen but enough for building healthy DHT.

Also progesterone is a good idea, it nocks out E2s bad effects.
