This phenomena has received very little attention. I suppose many of you have experienced feeling down right after orgasm has vanished. It is called PCT.

I have felt it since my childhood. Even before puberty. The feeling was especially strong for during childhood and puberty. I felt dirty, bad behaved boy.

I wonder how many of you here on EA have experienced PCT? Do you experience it regularily? How would you describe your down feeling? Since what age? Have you noticed any changes in PCT during your life? Is there any relation with castration fantasies?

1) i experienced it many times.

2) about feeling a bad behaved boy, it is really related with castration fantasies. First times i found difficult to accept that i prefered to feel myself taken by another boy like a girl.

I haven't experienced it, but I've known people who have.

However, the designation I've heard it given is POIS (Post Orgasmic Illness Syndrome). There is an article on the CDC's National Institue of Health's website about it:

Symptoms can range from brain fog to debilitating depression. Some men are unable to get out of bed or accomplish anything for days post orgasm.

Have it also often, but only per masterbation... not after intercourse.
