Any information about obtaining castrations on the NHS in England
Hello everyone.
I am very new here and frankly I didnt realise that theres so many men who feel like I do. A bit of history. Im a 57 year old man who is straight but fed up with sex and the preoccupation. I dont have sex any longer and rarely have erections except in my sleep. For the past 3 years I have researched ways to castrate myself but to be fair Id rather have it done surgically rather then going to a cutter or taking huge doses of hormones.
I live in England and if anyone knows how to go about getting the surgery done on the NHS I would be grateful for your input. Oh, I have a very large scrotum and testicals that hurt and get in my way if that matters? Im not sure what to do? Thanks for any advice.

Check out the calcium chloride thread. Might be worth looking at.

Hi there, I'm I the UK as well. I'm fed up with libido and hoping to start a test run with chemical castration to see if it's for me. Not sure the NHS will be much help unless they think you medically require castration. I've had to obtain my drugs without prescription by self medicating as my doc wouldn't even consider it. If you do get medical castration there's no going back so you need to be sure.

Thanks for the advice. I wouldn’t have any idea how to use calcium chloride. Are there people who can give me direction?

that's the way to go had mine removed on the NHS within a week of starting my injections. Ok I injected to much and got leakage but it worked.

I think that I would much rather have someone with experience to inject me. I’m not good at maths and percentages of this and that...lol I’m getting to the point depression and so much anxiety. I just wish I could kill them off and have the cut from my body and my life..

You don't have to admit it they see it that way that you hurt yourself and must have something wrong with you because it's not normal to do that. They don't understand why a sane person would be willing to risk harm to themselves injecting stuff into their testicles it's not considered normal behavior.

I’ve just come from seeing my gp.... I went with intention of asking for t block hormones , but because I really want surgical castration she is referring me to the urologist? Not sure what to say to the urologist either? This is really doing my head in. I’ve lived with these feelings for a very long time. I stated to the gap that I see no cons in having my surgery or hormones. I wish mainstream society could embrace people’s rights to do with there reproductive life. I’m almost 58, in good health and sound mind. This is a no brainier to me.
