I would love to grow boobs. I have one nut left so getting some Testosterone. Any ideas on how to get them started?

Best advice would be to ask an endocrinologist. Especially in this day and age. But as I said, even without Testes for over a year I didn't begin to develop boobs until I was taking estrogen. Not sure if the amount of "T" one testes makes can be overcome by taking estrogen. You may end up needing to lower that input of "T" in order to have any success. I don't know the answer from my experience, so far better to ask a doctor.

In all fairness I didn't ask any doctors in my case. And to be sure, I truly overdid and abused the amount of estrogen that I have consumed in my life. It's fair to say by looking at me that my body has pretty much become what society calls feminized.

I've experineced nipple orgasms. Definitely an advantage of having boobs!

I have to admit that I have experience what can be called nipple orgasm may time as you've described. I've recently decided on another adventure of the body. I would like to lactate and become involved in an ANR. (adult nursing relationship) Have studied it quite a bit and am moving on from curiosity to actual attempt to lactate. To be sure, I'm about a 36 DDD size of my breasts. Don't wear a bra for the most part but at times it become an obligation. ei: swimming in a public place or pool or Jacuzzi, An appropriate bathing suit keeps me from trouble with the law and other prudes.

How exactly are you using the TENS machine? I've managed to pull off something of a nipplegasm myself but I can only ever manage it by nipple stimulation with my fingers. Vibrators never do me much good.

Is it wise to use a tens unit on your nipples? No judgement re: the desire, I'm only concerned about safety.

As for sensations you can get from a basic tens unit... At this risk of exposing activities I enjoy with others... As an occasional consensual sadist playing with a consensual masochist, especially when it involves castration play and giving pain to a consenting adult, I've found I can place the electrodes on the scrotum, and one on the thigh, and depending on how I have the leads from the unit set-up can simulate quite well a sensation of cutting their scrotum open with a knife, simulating a castration without anesthetic. Turn the unit off or down, the pain is gone. I'm frankly surprised how many guys enjoy that kind of play, feeling like they've allowed a knife to penetrate their scrotum, but not actually losing their testicles.

I’m four days away from my 2nd anniversary on HRT. It’s been an amazing experience, I must say. I took herbal estrogen for 4.5 years prior, so I’ve taken steady doses of estrogen for almost seven years wow lol. While I’m loving the physical changes, thankfully I never got a lot of facial changes. I still present as male 100% of the time. So far, I haven’t noticed very many double takes at all.

I will say this, in the last couple of months myboobs seem to be on a growth spurt that feels amazing. They feel like they’re finally getting big, and I truly hope they get much more bigger. I’m owing all my success to micronized progesterone. The stuff is amazing. It really fills them out, if anyone is on HRT, consider adding micronized progesterone.

I’ve been pretty much chemically castrated for years. Estrogen did a number on my package and of course Cimetidine pretty much finished me off. I’m pretty jealous of sean right now. Make that a lot of jealous.

I’ve been concentrating on growing myboobs and While I was considering stopping after my current batch estrogen runs out, I’m going to keep taking it as long as myboobs are still growing. Sometimes late at night before bed, they almost seem to double in size. At least to elongate. It’s a weird phenomenon, but without a doubt I love myboobs. They’re awesome.

Impressive boob growth. Agree that progesterone is necessary to help them fill out. Nipple sensations are incredible!
