One professor said: we cut off a piece of leather from a stomach; we form similarity of a penis; below under a scrotum we do similarity of a vagina (a nightmare! I would look as hermaphrodite). Other surgeon long inquired at me whether I feel an orgasm. Then assumed that you should not construct a penis and it is possible to manage a vagina, having removed an empty scrotum. Something was told about women's by hormone. But I at that time in it understood nothing...

I'm glad to see that this thread is still going, from the time I dropped out of the forum last fall.

And I need to comment that I still like my increased boob size and I like playing with my nipples. I wanted to start using progesterone, but my wife was adamantly opposed to it. So I'll make due with what I have.

On my last visit to my doctor I asked to add progesterone to my low dose estradiol based on some new research I had read. In just over a week I have noticed a difference not in boob size but in my nipples. They have significantly enlarged and are perpetually erect. They are also super sensitive now and after virtually ignoring them for years my wife has started paying more attention to them. My love / hate relationship with my breast is tipping now towards love as they are increasingly erroneous. Others have mentioned that progesterone accelerated their boob growth and while I don't want them much larger I love the added sensation of the nipples.

As a bonus it seems I am finding it easier to get aroused. It's been months since I have been able to climax and I hope that when I do it will be more intense. At least that is what I recently read.

Correction: I see I didn't actually start this thread, but was an early contributor.

There are two main reasons that I now consider myself a woman. First was the near total loss of that infernal male sex drive from low T. But the clincher has been the absolute joy of having fully developed female breasts. I still have a penis and it gives me a good sign of sexual arousal, but I haven't been fully erect in years, only a slight enlargement. So when I find my hands gravitating to my breasts, I feel their size and heft (D cup) and well, developed nipples. Although I enjoy feeling them through a shirt, it is vastly better to feel them directly. They are so soft and natural. I would never in a million years have guessed that this would be such a joy. When they first reached maturity about a year ago, I found that I could experience orgasms from nipple stimulation alone, but even that has faded and is no longer worth the effort. Like any woman, I experience pleasure through self-stimulated release of oxytocin. It's amazing, but not sexual.
