I'm on her and no longer want the sexual effects of it but I do need to take enough to stop the hot flashes and sweats I feel happier when I have no sexual feelings or erections because I can't enjoy orgasms because if lack of feeling. All I want is to be able to feel calm and not have sexual feelings or erections anymore. Does anyone know of a dosage I can use that's low enough to get that done. I have injectable testosterone prescription from my doctor and have been doing 200mg every 7 days but I haven't injected in two weeks now. I've been sick and haven't felt like injecting and went almost a month with out a shot and got bad hot flashes and sweats and had to restart my injections. I did it for 2 weeks and my libido went through the roof and I had a permanent hard on all the time and wasn't able to get off. If anybody knows what to do I would really appreciate your help. For most guys who want to do full T replacement usually do 100mg per week injectable. You're doing twice normal. No wonder you feel as you do.

Do you have enanthate/cypionate or sustanon max. 100mg/week is absolute enough and leads to good natural levels! More lead to problems with E2 and sounds, you have them.

Also with normal dosage the most need a little AI to prevent to hight aromastase (E2 building) what is mostly higher on TRT instead of natural T.

Hey, this subject fascinates me. I am on Reandron testosterone undecanoate 1000mg/4ml, every 6 weeks. Intramuscular. Ow! Its not that flash. But I'm in NZ? We cant even get androgel here. No natural T sux

Think your levels are really too high!

Everywhere is available Cypionate or Enanthate what is perfect for weekly usage. Ask your doctor about it and subcutane injection is easily for DIY.

I'm on cypionate 200 mg a week but I did 100 mg last night hopping to keep from getting hot flashes been there a couple of weeks ago and I didn't like it. I will see if I feel any different on the lower dose any idea how long it will take to know if it works. I might try to cut the dose to 50 mg in another week if that doesn't work for me. All I want is for my labido to stop and stop having raging hard ons all the time.

What AI should I be taking and how much my E has been really high and the doctor doesn't have me on one maybe I can ask him for a prescription for it. My urologist is treating me for it do you think I need an endocrinologist to treat me

I have my levels checked pre every injection, Its about when my slightly high T level drops and my fsh level starts to rise. We have tried to stretch it out to 8 weeks, but I really start to crash. The trouble is I had no baseline levels before they cut my nuts. 2 weeks after castration, I started to crash and burn. When they looked up my notes, 'someone' had forgotton to do a blood test for it. Even when I was on sub cut pellets, I was on 3, when usually one will do. I've been told here that some males dont pick up artificial T as well as others. Will ask my doc about what you suggest, as I have never been offered it We have always worked it out from the fsh hormone. Thanks

Hot flashes are back I was good last week when I took 200 mg testosterone cypionate anybody have any ideas why this is happening. I lost 1 testicle 1/10/19 and the other has been operated on and I'm still in sever pain all the time I think it's dying like the other one. I took 100mg yesterday that was 10 days since I was took the 200mg so why should I be having hot flashes now.

It works not so fast... wait any days and then over weeks, if you have a stable level, all will be more normal.

As AI is my suggestion aromasin (exemestane) max. 2x per week a half pill. More would lead to too low E2... also not good and the same bad effects.
