It is true that alot of sensations get lost when the balls and sac are removed. There are alot of nerves in the balls and sac that get stimulated during sex. I was not thinking about that when I had my balls and sac removed and now I know I'm missing out on those sensations.
This is exactly why so many men keep asking this same question over and over again. To hear as many altered men respond as possible and hear from all the men they can get answers from. That s great ! That s what this forum is all about, sharing ideas, experiences, questions, and opinions.
There have already been many answers to the same old question. And a good number of answers or attempts at answering by intact guys or eunuch still possessing that stick down there.
I think it was cutnbull2ox that said it most correct. Ask a nullo. And I can assure you beyond doubt that it does not require a penis to have an orgasm. Anybody who thinks so doesn't remotely understand basic anatomy. Having had orgasms from both sides of the street one thing that has been overlooked in all of the responses it that there are many levels of an orgasm. When I was intact the build up to orgasm was all about the moment the penis got relieved of all the pressure built up from so much blood rushing to the damn thing. I imagine a man would bleed out rapidly if his dick was cut off at the height of an erection. Please, let's not put that to the test fellows. But getting back to the point, there are many things a nullo responds to that are well overlooked when you have a penis all full of blood and nerves at high level in that thing that cover up other senses that lead to orgasm. Ok, it's probably not a fair comparison to use myself as an example since an awful lot of estrogen has created other body parts on me that play into the overall orgasm. I doubt many guys would become as turned on by breast manipulation as I do and developed breasts play a huge roll in the release during orgasm. As well does the skin, especially in the small of the back and just above the abdomen of the body. Not to mention, how many of you with a fully erect penis notice all the nerves going wild in your thighs? and before the prostate actually begins to ejaculate every sense in the arms goes into overtime as does the back of the neck. While those of you still hanging onto that penis might shake a bit while that lovely fluid is exploding out the end for a nullo there is no nerve of a penis to let go of the feeling so that shaking from deep within just keeps going as long as the stimulation is maintained. Meaning my orgasm (with a really good and controlled lover) has continued pumping from deep within for almost an hour. Yes, It can just keep going.

I never got much pleasure from having my balls and sac fondled when they were there. When the balls were removed and the sac remained it was even less stimulation to have it massaged. But after healing form the sac removal the area is super responsive to gentle massage.
Now we just need to come up with a name for that generously smooth area. Asking my wife to massage "the place my balls used to be" just doesn't have the right ring to it.

I loved having my balls squeezed and pulled, even ejaculate from decent squeeze. much to the delite of the girls, horror of the boys! I never experienced any real pain from them? so I didnt really understand why other guys were so precious about theirs. This so totally changed after the vasectomy. It was unbelievable! I was in constant pain from my proudest possesions. It never went away until they removed about 4 years later. Thank god it did. Apart from housing prosthetics for a few years, my sack wasnt much use. It seemed surplus once its original contents were gone. My method for its removal was pretty crude though effective. I had a friend who's girlfriend called it "Spifkins Pass" don't know why, but it worked.
Maybe I should start a contest to see who can come up with the best name to replace the area currently known as "the place my balls used to be". I though "taint" as in "my balls taint there no more" but I think that name is taken for another erogenous area.
