I've done chemical castration and CaCl2 injections to kill my testicles and began growing breasts. I was surprised at first at how much I loved having them and am now taking Estradiol. I am planning this as a permanent switch from T to E, but don't know how far toward feminizing I'll go.
Being a scientist, I want to document their growth. I used the water displacement method to measure breast volume. The right one is about 380 ml and the left 320 ml, which is in the B-cup range.
Has anybody measured their breast growth? If so, I'd love to hear your experiences.

Re: Measuring Breast Volume
This may sound overly simple. If you think you are at a certain size, buy a few bras of various sizes. Whichever fits is the current state of affairs.
Measuring the volume of the empty bra would be as easy as filling the bra cup with rice and then measuring how much rice fits in the bra cup.

Cup size doesn't appear very reliable. A range of bra sizes can be fit to a given person. A direct measurement of the breast itself is best, according to several studies that measured breast volume.

It's really easy. Just put a bowl large enough to contain your breast (one at a time) in a pan and fill the bowl with water all the way to the top. Position it so you have to lead at a 90 degree angle so your breasts hang, then immerse it all the way into the bowl, pressing your rib cage against the top of the bowl. The volume of water that spills out into the pan is your breast volume. Just pour it into a measuring cup. Repeat the measurement a few times to make sure you're getting a reproducible reading. It's probably accurate to within 10-20 ml - and it's a lot of fun.
My measurement confirms what I can feel that my right one is a little bigger than the left. It may be coincidence, but my right testicle was larger of the two.

I should add that cup size, by itself, is meaningless without knowing the band size (circumference around the chest below the breasts. The same size cup could be a DD on a small person or a B on a larger person. All I care about is whether my own breasts are getting bigger and how fast. Like most people developing breasts, we're hoping to know their final size. We can't know that, but plotting volume vs time would let us know if the growth is leveling off or still increasing.
