Sex and Body Dysphoria

I've found the longer I go without an orgasm, the more strongly I experience dysphoria around my genitals. Once I get off, the urgency fades for a bit and I begin to question the need to get nullified. It used to be that the desire would resurface months later. Now it's a couple days at most. Has anybody else experienced this?

For the record, I find the idea of being a nullo hot, but it's not "just" a fetish. I love the appearance of a smooth groin. I like how I look when I tuck. During sex, I usually need to get off in order to feel satisfied, but I wish I didn't need to use my penis to do it. I don't hate my penis, but like Gelding, nullification is for me more about moving towards something than away from something.

Interesting. I have noted that until a time after I lost my nuts, I had no wish for further surgery, then I wanted the scrotum gone. After a little time, I then wanted nullo.

It seems there are others here who have also noticed that losing the nuts gets a sequence of other wishes going. Anyone, might this be so with you too?

If it is, we should include this expectation with the usual others to follow orchiectomy?

Should it alter the elective eunuch's first decisions?

I was castrated around 3 years ago (Aug 2015). At the time I had no thoughts about further surgery but once I'd accepted my castration and adjusted to my new life as a eunuch I was keen to have the empty scrotum removed. This to me seemed obvious, having an empty flap of nutsac hanging there seemed pointless. I had that done in April 2018 and am very pleased with the clean cut look and feeling of empty space down there. Not long after that however I started looking at the possibility of nullification, although at the time I had a normal sized penis, could get erections and have sex the idea of having a clean sweep was strangely appealing. My tgirl partner felt the same, her opinion was; if you don't have any balls, what do you need a penis for. Once I started on estrogen and my penis became a boy clit I knew for certain I wanted to be completely smooth downstairs, it was just a question of deciding on the right procedure and finding the right clinic to do it. All being well I'll have a penectomy combined with non-invasive SRS and a urethral re-route later this year. I have no plans for any other modifications once that has been done. I'm not sure dysphoria necessarily has anything to do with this, I don't dislike my penis or am desperate to get rid of it I just happen to prefer to have a camel toe instead. Also I think even if you are not taking the feminization route a smooth crotch can look really good so I can understand those eunuchs who prefer to have their complete genitalia removed rather than just having their balls cut off.

I was castrated fairly recently and am now looking to have the empty scrotum removed as soon as I can. Ideally I would have had all of my genitalia removed in one go at least 10 yrs ago but I wasn't able to achieve that. I've disliked having male genitals since my early teens and would love to be completely smooth. I'd like a urethral re-route but have no desire for feminization. The perfect look and feeling for me would that I never had any genitals in the first place.

I have had a desire to have my male genitalia re-shaped in to female genitalia since I was a preteen. I was totally fascinated to find out that it was possible to have this done. Not a day goes by that I don't think about this. It would be the first thing on my to do list if I won a lottery.

I notice that after achieving orgasm while having a fantasy about not having a penis, I have a kind of...mental exhaustion around it. Like I just feel like I can't manage to think about it right now.

Maybe when you get release your mind is tricked for awhile into thinking it got what it was after.

As an aside, you may be able to achieve something like that without it. Many do. I have my own sort of methods for doing it. Even so, it's true that orgasm does change after removal.

I am like many above who doesn't hate my penis but I think a smooth look will be better. I don't care about sex or even getting off. An orgasm has never been overly exciting and I rarely do. So because of all this I think being smooth downstairs would be a great fit. I have no plans to transition to female, just no genital parts to remain. I don't see that I will miss much of anything other than being able to stand to pee but I've already started sitting so I am used to it before surgery.

I've started making plans for full nullification surgery later this year. Consult with the surgeon is in June, starting therapist sessions to obtain the letter, and working on the financials with the hospital. It's becoming amazing to me how many desire the same results and I'm glad we can chat about it here.

I'm involuntary, voluntary eunuch. I agree with justine77. I just had to get my prosthetics and scrotum removed. It became an obsession and I'm not sure what triggered it. I see how others would take it further. I'm happy as a masculine eunuch. Really enjoy having my penis. After my scar revision I plan to do more beading of my penis. Its a mod that I enjoy and can do myself with little risk.

Some days I'm sure I need castration. Others I'm sure I just want it badly. And other days I think I'm just weird. It's a strange obsession of mine that I've been living with for decades.

But I'm also not a fan of my body at all. And when I attempt to change it, it doesn't seem to work out.

I remember thinking that I'd never want more surgery following my castration (almost 20 years ago). That's gradually changed. I'd definitely prefer not to have my empty sac or penis. I'd be acting on that except that I also have a desire to continue urinating in the traditional male standing position. This would mean having a partial penectomy at most (with removal of most of the shaft). From what I can gather, no surgeons are doing this.
