They know the details of daily living with damaged balls, low testosterone, and no balls.
There are a number of men on here struggling to keep their balls and many who have lost theirs to medical problems similar to your ball problems. They can answer your questions and you can read endless past posts on everything to do with men s balls, testosterone, getting artificial balls, sex as a eunuch with or without testosterone, and all kinds of castration. This website is like having a PHD in castration and can answer almost any questions you have.
Feel free to ask any questions you have or talk about worries, fears, how to adjust, whatever you want. Aside from underaged kids, there are few limits to what you can ask people on here in public posts or by private messages to any member. You just need to have a certain number of public posts before your private message system will work.

I had problems during puberty in that I didn't develop as soon or as fast as other males. At 16 I had a rather small penis, 4" when erect, undersized balls, no facial hair and didn't get a clearly male voice. I also had a problem with the left testicle drawing up out of the sac. I had a corrective operation to fix it in place but during the next 5 years have had repeated trouble with infections, I've had epididymitis and orchitis several times over. It was cleared up by taking antibiotics but came back again. The current situation is that I now have badly shrunken testicles, they are less than half the size they should be and feel a bit hard and lumpy. Recent tests have shown that I am sterile and have low testosterone. I am waiting for further tests and scans. I've been told I may at some point I have to have a bilateral orchidectomy. This shook me up, another infection or further complications could result in being made a eunuch. So I'm trying to learn what I can in case I end up nutless.
Also lost one due to torsion. It was not fixed, and just misbehaved on its own. After it twisted, it was source of repeated trouble until it was decide to be not worth saving. I had an odd other one that was fixed in place, but also never worked right and eventually produced a lump. So they both went.
So how's life with no nuts? Very good, but it needed a period of adjustment and an understanding partner and PCP.
Hope it all works out for you!

Hi and thanks, everything I've read so far says a period of adjustment is needed after having a castration, maybe a year or longer. I've gradually come to terms with the idea that this is the most likely outcome, I'm trying to prepare psychologically by learning all I can.

Re: Hi from Texas
I know some of what you are going through, I had my testicles destroyed by mumps orchitis in Oct/Nov 2017. They were badly shrunken, hard and lumpy, scans and other checks showed them to be non-functional, I was advised that to avoid future complications it would be better to have them removed. I went along with it and was duly castrated. I also decided to have the empty scrotum removed but that was few months later. During the following year, 2018, I had a very up and down time. I found it very hard to begin with and had problems with TRT. Now a year on I've adjusted to life as a eunuch and am happy with my current situation. To start with I missed my balls, then after a few months I stopped thinking about it, now if I could somehow have a new pair I wouldn't want them. I agree that you should give yourself time to adapt physically and also psychologically to the changes that will occur. In my experience you may find life as a eunuch a lot more interesting than that of many uncut males, no reason why you shouldn't enjoy it to the full.

Re: Hi from Texas
Just so. Many folks here without nuts, and many have been so for years, and nearly all seem happy.
So, if functional nuts are not a safe option for you, there's plenty good life to enjoy. In fact, I believe that many here are much happier without than with!

I'm getting scan results and an endo report tmw. I think Losethem is quite right, my testicles may be physically present but left some time ago. They've been shriveled up, a bit hard and lumpy feeling for a while now and expect to be advised to have a bilateral orchidectomy.

Re: Hi from Texas
Hi Brycenosak, the results were that both testicles are dead and should be removed. It is what I expected so not a surprise. In a way I'm glad it's over with, I can have the operation and then get on with life. I should be castrated sometime fairly soon. I'm going start testosterone replacement injections starting next week, I'll be monitored so that the level can be adjusted for the best results.
