Hi from Texas

Post by aron2100 (imported) »

Hi, I'm a 21 yr old guy with shrunken testicles with future castration a distinct possibility. I had problems during puberty in that I didn't develop as soon or as fast as other males. At 16 I had a rather small penis, 4" when erect, undersized balls, no facial hair and didn't get a clearly male voice. I also had a problem with the left testicle drawing up out of the sac. I had a corrective operation to fix it in place but during the next 5 years have had repeated trouble with infections, I've had epididymitis and orchitis several times over. It was cleared up by taking antibiotics but came back again. The current situation is that I now have badly shrunken testicles, they are less than half the size they should be and feel a bit hard and lumpy. Recent tests have shown that I am sterile and have low testosterone. I am waiting for further tests and scans. I've been told I may at some point I have to have a bilateral orchidectomy. This shook me up, another infection or further complications could result in being made a eunuch. So I'm trying to learn what I can in case I end up nutless.

Welcome to a great website. You will learn far more about castration and its affects and how artificial testosterone and erection drugs will work for you by reading posts on here than your drs will ever know ! These men and eunuchs have been living with testicle troubles and without balls for years and know and care much more than drs ever will. They know the details of daily living with damaged balls, low testosterone, and no balls.

There are a number of men on here struggling to keep their balls and many who have lost theirs to medical problems similar to your ball problems. They can answer your questions and you can read endless past posts on everything to do with men s balls, testosterone, getting artificial balls, sex as a eunuch with or without testosterone, and all kinds of castration. This website is like having a PHD in castration and can answer almost any questions you have.

Feel free to ask any questions you have or talk about worries, fears, how to adjust, whatever you want. Aside from underaged kids, there are few limits to what you can ask people on here in public posts or by private messages to any member. You just need to have a certain number of public posts before your private message system will work.

The men who eagerly wanted to get castrated can tell you all kinds of things useful to a man trying to save his balls.

Yeehaw Texas !

It sounds like you got an orchipexy surgery to sew both balls into position in your scrotum. There are men who got that surgery and some of us who refused to have that surgery. Your balls might have had past damage from testicular torsions that didn t cause you extreme pain and left you numb nutted or with only mild pain or aches for a few days after your ball or balls untwisted.

Aside from the orchiopexy surgery, drs just watch to see if your balls live, die, or limp along only partly functioning. Since you have low testosterone, no sperm, and shrunken balls now, castration won t be that different for you if you must have a castration some day. Learning more on here is smart to handle your balls now and any future castration you might choose or need. .

Hi Frida and cutnbulls2ox, thanks for the welcome. I've already got more information in 1 day on the forums than 5 years of medical consultations. For me at the moment it's wait and see but I'm trying to learn as much as I can in the meantime. I was surprised to read that having a castration was such a simple procedure, done with a local and all over in 30 mins. One of the doctors spoke about having fake balls, I really don't want that, in fact after what I've read here I'd rather have a scrotal removal at the same time.

As far as I know I never had twisted balls, and though I don't remember 100 percent the operation was something to do with the left ball cord. Like you said If I got castrated now I might not notice much difference, I keep thinking I want to keep what I've got but I know you have to be realistic about it and be mentally prepared.

While you're coming to involuntarily unlike my doing it on a voluntary basis, it will not be that bad for you to have your testicles removed given what you've told us. Nothing will change in your life, other than you no longer have balls. You've already said you're sterile, and I'm guessing you're on some sort of hormone replacement? If so, your testicles are physically present, but left you long ago.

It's really not bad being a eunuch, the only thing that may be difficult for you is if you wish to get together with a woman and have kids, you'll need to adopt or use a sperm donor. But that is your reality at present, so again, nothing will change for you. And as you say you're bisexual in your profile, I can tell you from my experience, most men didn't care I didn't have balls. They still enjoyed being intimate with me. As for a female answer on that, I do not know, but perhaps another here can say something.

Welcome to the forums.

Thanks Losethem, what you say makes a lot of sense. I call myself bisexual but I've only ever dated two girls and didn't make it past first base, I've sexual relationships with 2 guys and neither were concerned about my undersized equipment. From some of what I've been reading some are really turned on by castrated guys. Like you said being a eunuch will likely feel just the same, I guess it's the finality of having the operation that makes me try to avoid it.

Hey there aron2100! Welcome to EA. As already posted, this site is a one stop shop. Everything you need to know and have been afraid ask. The removal of your testicle remains really depends on pain and the risk of further infection. If any of this occurs you would, healthwise, be better off without them. Its easy for me to say that but its a hugely personal experience to lose a part of your body. At your age you could try prosthetics. You may like them? Again, very personal. It may be wise to consider it before thinking about scrotum removal? Ive had guys and girls admire my sack less crotch. Again, its not what you are, its who you are. There is quite a good choice of hormone replacement that helps to restore male function and health. Plenty of support here for you. B

Hi Brycenosak, thanks for your welcome, you're right everything looks covered here, I'm amazed at the amount of information. I've never had any really bad pain but the continuous dull ache when the infection flairs up is pretty tiring. I've had a look at fake balls and can say for sure they're not for me. I don't have a big scrotum so I guess it wouldn't look a loads different but if I'm going to be done I'd like it as clean cut looking as possible.
