I'd really rather it be done at 13, when I became sexually active. I liked sex but it caused me a great deal of grief. I was gay at a time when that was unacceptable, I was a paraphiliac, I had gender dysphoria, I was hypersexed at a time when there were no good treatments for it, and my sex drive led me to do things that were harmful to myself. However, we were told then that it couldn't be done until my epiphyseal plates had closed and that I wasn't yet old enough. 17 is my best guess as to when I stopped growing.

Would have had enjoyed my male hood and I think it's a good time to have it done then. Well, I wished to get done at the age of 14 already but in retrospective I would say thirtyish would have been the perfect age to cut them off

In the 50s or 60s

Depending in fact on sexual life. When it's over and the women doesn't want sex anymore the urge pushed by the hormones are only a suffering. Then life would be more simple, more focus without the presure of desire. And it would be a good period to try living differently, tasting a little more of a feminine life after all those years drived by the male T.
