Growth plates fuse around 25, so it has to be after that. I'm interested in having children, though if I didn't have them by 40 that would be off the table for me, as I just can't see being in my 40's with a newborn. So at that point, having my testicles isn't a necessity, and I would like them to be gone as sex no longer would have any true purpose.

Sex was important in forming my relationship with my wife but she began to lose interest in sex after menopause while my libido raged. I couldn't keep sexual thoughts out of my mind, even losing sleep over sexual dreams. I wasted a lot of time on porn and sexual fantasies. I came to hate my sexuality, along with my body hair. Suppressing testosterone became the best way to deal with the problem but I had no idea how happy I would be without it. I wish I had all that time back to live as I do now.
