While we have asked a great many questions on the three surveys that have been posted on the Eunuch Archive so far, there are some questions we need to have answered to give us information that we need. Please respond to the following:

It was before puberty for me. I have always felt and thought I was female.

Having experienced/enjoyed maleness - around 30 decided I don't NEED it. An asexual lifestyle allows to concentrate on other things in life.

YES, at age 73, surgically by my regular Urologist (his first ever orchi of a patient) for recurrent, diffused prostate cancer un-target-able by any salvage treatment.

Never, unless I was to have continuous replacement Testosterone so as to retain libido and normal orgasmic function. With that condition, any age after 60, just for the erotic novelty of an empty scrotum.

Hmmm, good question. If not born a female, I would have wanted castration, say 14- 16 after my penis was full size, and T had not changed me both physically and mentally and start HRT so I could be a Shemale/Ladyboy

Sorry for repeating. I would have wanted castration, say 14- 16 after my penis was full size and T had not changed me both physically and mentally and start HRT so I could be a Shemale/Ladyboy if I had not had children. With children, after our last was born. Although I would prefer being female. In part because I would like to know what it is like and mostly because both my wife and I prefer to do more feminine things like home improvement, Broadway type musicals and Hallmark channel and no sports. We're real homesteaders...

My dysphoria ended up consuming me. I was suicidal and obsessively looking into methods for self castration. I also had severe anxiety associated with the American medical system, in part due to traumatic experiences throughout my childhood.

If I had come out earlier and received the same amount of support and care, I would have been just as ready for surgery and I could have gotten my life together sooner.

I don't consider myself to be transgender, but even if I wish to have no penis, I still consider myself male. I also consider myself straight, even though I am attracted to pre-op/non-op transgender women. To me, a penis is an organ and nothing more, and whether or not you consider yourself a man, or woman, or neither, genitalia does not dictate gender. I want to have my penis removed by age 30 because I am still a virgin, and I want to show women that there is more to sex than penile penetration.
