Answering the topic of this thread.

I feel pleasure from having my balls, but do not like to ejaculate, because then pleasure becomes lost and must to build up from begining.

I do not like pleasure during orgasm, but i like that slow and lust, which comes and comes while sperm builds in my body.

This is why i wish only penis removed and vasectomy done in order, to become acumulating sperm constantly and not having ability to experience orgasm.
