streching effects
Could someone please provide me with information as to the impact upon streching the nuts down to the knees or so and if its possible if the sac will be removed and the nuts put into the body. Thanks for your insight.

I cannot say for sure what effects stretching will have, because each person is different.
However, the most likely effect is that the cords by which the testicles are suspended will reduce in diameter as they lengthen, reducing the blood flow to the testicles and also the movement of sperm up into the prostate. In extreme cases it may cause atrophy of the testicles or the equivalent of a vasectomy.
With regard to your other question, yes, it is possible to translocate the testicles into the abdomen. I think that there is a page on BME describing exactly this, but perhaps one of the other members can give you the url. Whilst this will not result in the loss of testosterone, it almost certainly will result in sterility since the temperature in the abdomen is too high for the production of semen.
