In US, you need a script for estradiol (Estrofem). In China, it seems not so. I guess it depends where you live.

Good for bone density, but don't forget the necessity for weight-bearing exercise. NASA / ISS is a good source of info on this. They have learned not to rely just on medication, but a rigorous daily exercise program. It actually means we have to get off the bottom and actually do something!

Yes, there should be a pill for that too.....

Hi, I've been using Estraderm 100 patches once or twice a week for 6 months. I am physically OK and active. There has been a slow but steady feminizing effect, I have slight chest development > a cone shaped 34A and pointy nipples. I have have also lost a lot of penis size and don't really get erections any more. My skin is also softer and I feel more feminine though I still feel my gender ID is eunuch.

I will go back to my doc and ask him, I just quit (Cancelled all appts) the TRT - so if they can do TRT they can do low dose E I assume?

I self-medicated a few years back, solid A cup but when my weight is up it's closer to a B cup. I'm OK with feminization, have always had the hips and thighs and I"d like a bit more topside (and if not I'm OK with an A cup).

Hopefully I get the best of both worlds.

So I have a doc appt tomorrow for something else, but I'm going to ask for a referral for an Endo - anything I need to know before I ask?

I simply intend to tell him the libido was driving me up a wall and had to quit T. Not to mention I've lost 25lbs, prefer not to be this skinny.

Well that was easy, Endo in Feb, they are backlogged. But, that was easy!
