Finally My Scrotum Removal is Healed. New Video Posted

Well it took nearly three months after developing complications from the excision of my scrotum, but now the suture site has fully closed and although some minor swelling remains I am calling myself healed. The next step is to apply a medicated cream to reduce the scar.

Let me say that it's so much more comfortable now without the empty sack hanging between my legs. Further, we are very pleased with the appearance of being smooth down there.

Thats a great, well deserved result. I was castrated back in 2002. due to severe orchalgia. Later I tried prosthetics, which was a disaster! It took years to convince the urologist to remove them. To my horror and despair he hadnt read his own notes and didnt remove the scrotum. As you know how incredibly and embarrasingly uncomfortable it can be. He then refused to finish the job, stating it would come right in a couple of years. It may be the fact I'm in new zealand, when I booked a second opinion, all the uro's had talked between themselves and told me it wont be done. A pain specialist put me on gabapenton. In desperation, I obtained an elastrator from a farmer friend and banded it. Incredibly there was very little pain. Three days later I cut it off. That was in april. Its hard to describe how happy I am with the feeling of nothing below my penis and the clean look. brilliant! I thought I was the only one. Kind regards, Bryce

How did the result turn out with the sac removal? Kind of curious if you ended up nicely smooth with a good visual result, or if you have a significant scar, or other difference beyond what would have likely been accomplished surgically.

In either case... glad you're happy with your result. That's the most important thing.

The elastrator is brutally effective. After a few hours there is no turning back. I put it on quite high up to get all the scrotum. A few days later it was a hard black flap, so I cut i off with kitchen scissors. I was amazed how tough it was. About a week later the flesh around the top of the band was rotting and smelly. Thinking it might hold together, I cut the band off, only to find in hours, the whole thing had openend up to a hole 3x4 inches. Oh oh, this is not good. No bleeding but a whole lot of necrotised tissue. I tried to bandage it closed, and drove my self to the hospital. Its was embarrasing to say the least. Once the staff realised I was already a eunuch and I was attempting to alleiviate a chronic itching, burning scrotum by isolating it and applying ice packs. I 'accidently' left the rubber band on.I spent the night and was sent by ambulance to the urological hospo 50 miles away. Under general anesthetic the wound was under went a 'debride and close'. The resulting scar diagonal from left lower up to right , base of my penis. `15 big stitches. No sign of any sac. I got the result I needed, as I had been blacklisted by the urologists. But will try and get a referral from my doctor for a plastic surgeon to tidy the job. The incident has been classed as an accident, so treatment is covered by the government. Its a big step in the right direction

I had quite large nuts. WE used to swim in the nude and I remember, in my teens , over hearing my mum's friend saying ' look at the balls on that boy. he's hung like a bull!' My vasectomy in '98 didnt go well at all. Various drugs , procedures to control crippling pain resulted in me being castrated "02. 8 days after my 40th birthday. I endured a botched circumcision as an infant and, according to my parents, very nearly lost my penis. (the doctors offered to turn me into a girl). I sport a prince albert piercing, at 1/2 inch is quite impressive. I have a pubic tattoo, flames. Also 6, 1/4 inch stainless steel beads under the skin of my penis. So to tidy the scar and few more beads, like the piercing, I do myself. Or am open to suggestions?

Thanks for your blog entries and pics, your smooth crotch looks much better without the annoying bag and it's contains.

There is nothing hotter than seeing a eunuch's happy hardon flowing out of a eunuch's crotch, it really shows how much penis is under the skin.
