My story of trying to castrate myself with elastrator and advices to others

I have been reading this forum for a while as a guest, and created an account to tell my story.

I desperately wanted to get rid of my testicles for a few years. I'm 18 (yeah, you may call me fool if you want) and I live in Russia. There is no guys like Dr. Arknoff (however, if somebody here knows such doctors in Russia, feel free to write to PM), so I had to seek another methods. At first I was seeking cutters, but ended up struck in rural area where "cutter" was living. He was no more than a dreamer, yet I went there because I was really desperate. But then I realized that seeking cutters is generally useless and may be even dangerous.

I went up thinking of other methods. I thought of burdizzo, but then found out that this method is not very effective. At the same time my pal from Russia managed to castrate himself using elastrator. He took lidocaine injections, binded testicles and went to sleep. He woke up after five hours and then tried to cut his scrotum. He managed to do that, but the bleeding occurred. He called ambulance and was healed in the hospital afterwards. His story motivated me to use elastrator as well.

My plan was plain simple. At first I planned to take ketorolac (I was afraid to inject lidocaine because I could hit artery and die), then put rubber band on and wait for a few hours, calling ambulance afterwards. I would have told them that I wanted to put rubber band for a 20 minutes, but was unable to remove it. I expected medics to remove dead testicles.

I put a rubber band after 40 minutes of taking ketorolac. The pain was really strong, 7-8/10. I was afraid to lose consciousness. But I took another pill of ketorolac and pain weakened. However, then I started to worry. My scrotum was purple at both sides, but not in the middle part. I decided to wait. I waited for hours, but nothing changed. I figured out that I put rubber in a wrong way. I tried to put another one, but the skin of scrotum became very dull and dry, so I was unable to do it. Then I tried to move the band, and it was my second huge mistake. Yes, I managed to move it, but a big knot appeared at the place between band and penis. The knot started to increase in size slowly, and I was terrified. I didn't know what to do, I even decided to cut scrotum away, but my girlfriend called and convinced me not to do that, because this would be extremely insane move.

Anyway, it's been 12 hours since I put rubber band on, and I ultimately decided to call ambulance. They brought me to urological clinic, and there a nightmare started.

The head doctor yelled at me, he treated me like a psych, he even tried to force me to call my mum, but I rejected. Doctor said that I have to undergo ultrasound, and if testicles are dead, they will be removed. I hoped that testicles would be dead after 12 hours of banding. But no. They were alive. Doctors scolded me again and said that i have to stay in hospital for a few days. Moreover, psychiatrist came and tried to push me into psychiatric clinic, but I managed to drive them away. Everyone treated my like a psych and I was in deep despair because of my failure. I managed to handle myself only because of my girlfriend who loves me even though I desperately want to get rid of testicles.

My scrotum turned into a huge meaty ball. It wasn't painful, but I had problems with walking with a meatball between my legs. Moreover, huge knots appeared on my penis, and it became problematic to urinate. With mental help of my girlfriend I managed to survive three days, and then I left. Right now I'm at home. Meatball became smaller, but it's still really uncomfortable.

While I stayed in clinic, I searched for another methods and run into thread about chloride calcium injections. Right now I have read 38/130+ pages of that thread and I'm gonna read them all. It seems that chloride calcium injections are the most effective way right now, so I probably will try these in spring. Anyway, you'll see me in that thread.

So, what's the moral of this story?

Elastrator is a dangerous way. It's up to you whether use it or not, but if you are planning to, you have to be very careful.

Many of us underestimate the regenerative powers of testicles. If your testicles became black, it doesn't mean they can't be repaired. Moreover, it's a good idea to use more than one rubber band in case something was placed in a wrong way. And yet the most effective solution is to cut scrotum with scalpel, and only then call ambulance. However, I'm not even suggest somebody to use elastrator. It seems that chloride calcium injections are much effective than insane methods like elastrator or burdizzo.

Be careful and don't make insane decisions, not having studied all possible solutions of the problem.

It's been a month. Exactly one month ago, nearly at 6 AM in local time, I started to really worry about rubber's position. I remember how doctor shouted at me in a hospital, how they tried to push me to psychiatric clinic. It was just a nightmare.

It was a hard month. I had lots of pus flowing out of my scrotum. Really, my girlfriend even compared this to having a menstruation. It was just terrible in first week. I was sitting in a bus and when I stood up, I saw stain of pus on seat. It flowed through my underwear and jeans. Amount of pus was really fearsome, as my hips were covered with it all the time. I had to wash scrotum and hips for every hour. I even woke up almost every night because of pain caused by a huge amounts of pus on scrotum. Aside from pus, I had bleedings sometimes. They were easily caused by any physical activity. I even got a bleeding while washing dishes! But it also was very hard to walk with a huge hematoma between legs. It was gradually decreasing in size, so the amounts of pus were.

Right now it's OK. Pus is still coming out but in very few amounts. Testicles are very hard, just like stones. Moreover, I may have gotten varicocele, but i'm unsure, it's just feels like a knot in spermatic cords. I hope I will get atrophy. According to info from forums, irreversible damage occurs after 12 hours of wearing rubber band. I hope mine got enough damage. Moreover, I received no medical treatment in hospital other than getting three doses of antibiotics.

But even if atrophy won't occur, I surely managed to deal heavy damage to testicles so they probably will not recover fully (otherwise it will be quite sad).

Idea with using elastrator this way was far away from the best way, but I don't regret it too much. If atrophy will occur, it's a victory. Otherwise calcium chloride will do the job. Even if I had managed to kill testicles, doctor in the hospital would probably have had forced me to call my mother. Even now she doesn't know about what I did. I really don't want to disturb her with all of this.

As about me, I'm going to tell my story to Russian wing of "eunuch empire". There are a lot of people beside me who wanted to repeat the success of that person who actually managed to castrate himself with elastrator. As far as I know, one person even died in the process. Moreover, it seems that Russian community is not even familiar with calcium chloride. I'm going to enlighten them. If I manage to prevent at least one person from suffering more than necessary, my own efforts and unnecessary sufferings will not be in vain.

Mathias, If you are still out there man. It is hard for me to read what youv written. You cant make that up! I banded my empty sack. I had already been surgically castrated. I cant begin to know what you went through. I only know the damage I did to my self. You are an incredibly strong man! Please stay in contact!

I'm more than OK now. Wanted to make another post about current progress two weeks ago, but thought that no one would be interested.

Well, I have no more pus, this is the best news. I still have purple bruising on lower part of scrotum, but they are decreasing in size.

Another very good news is that I really got a two-sided varicocele. It probably is third degree now. Scrotum is almost always warm, sometimes even hot. Testicles change their size and consistency rapidly, but generally testicles are smaller than they used to be. Moreover, I became very emotional now, but it may be unrelated.

I assume testosterone level has decreased. To get reliable info, I will take blood tests after New Year.

Moreover, within a few days I will post my story in Russian community. There is a lot of fake cutters in Russia, and many of my acquaintances have lost lots of money because of it. I really want to tell everyone about CaCl, because it will reduce damage dealt by fake cutters. One of my acquaintances even said that if I will succeed in castrating myself with CaCl injections, he will also do it instead of searching for cutter.

I suspect that your pal that castrated himself, left the band on. cut off his tecticles and scrotum. I opine that banding will always need medical intervention. once the testicles are absent, ther is nothing. The body and the doctors will do anything to restore function. If you need it or not. That person took two bands. After waiting five hours he tried to cut his scrotum between two bands. He managed to do it, but a bleeding suddenly occurred. He then called ambulance and eventually was saved from blood loss. When I understood that I placed the band in the wrong way, I decided to cut scrotum as well. But I had only blunt knife back then, so I dropped idea. If I somehow had managed to cut scrotum, I would have died from blood loss, because it took ambulance nearly 20 minutes to get here.
