I feel after a number of years struggling with wanting one testicle removed and a partial penectomy, for reasons I was probably unsure of - what I truly want is to become a Eunuch. I seek to be sexless, free from all sexual encounters and have no urges. I have always struggled with the gender role of an adult male and masculinity and whilst I don't feel like I want to be female, 'eunuch' seems much more apt to my identity. I also suffer from porn addiction and certain paraphilias towards women (which I would never act out), which I want to seek to eliminate. I am starting therapy with a sex addiction specialist next week and hopefully can work towards transition to being eunuch surgery sometimes in the future. Sadly I live in the UK where surgery would be impossible, but would be willing to travel abroad.
Can anyone here relate or offer advice/support?

Hey,
Welcome. I have no experience wanting to be a eunuch, but my advice is you are doing the right thing to start therapy with the addiction specialist. Although I was in therapy for different reasons, at worst therapy hasn't done me any harm and at best it's helped me put things in perspective.

Not advice, just a response:
I had no desire to be castrated, and after my balls were removed for a medical reason I had, and still have great difficulty adjusting my mental self image from gay male to gay eunuch male.
Once your balls are removed, whether this is something you want, or not, consider how you will feel not having balls and having a new identity, unless of course you are very flexible mentally and don't care anything about self identity. Best regards on your journey, don't overthink this, and get input, but do not take any action based upon someone else's opinion or advise.
I also found that after castration taking testosterone hormone therapy, I still had a very active libido, sexual desire, interest in porn, but could not get an erection.
I stopped the testosterone for a few months and had none of the aforementioned feelings.
I guess the best part of being castrated is that, if you chose, you can stop, or adjust any testosterone hormone, which of course is impossible when you still have healthy functioning testicles.

Well said, I just took advantage of that control. TRT was miserable for me and now I'm finally going off of it. I just cut it in half and I'm now just beginning to feel a little better. In a few weeks I'll be starting estrogen. I love the control that I now have, and it's so much better than having all that junk hanging between my legs.
