The youtube videos are very helpful information. It was one of the reasons I ordered one off of ebay last year. I totally understand the issue with the measuring tape! It was then I realised that I ordered one too big. I almost went ahead and used it. I had it on and checking it for fit before I snapped it shut, I decided not to risk using one that was too big.
Now that I have the measuring tape I have been giving consideration to reordering one.
Did you use the no flip method?

Re: Coming to terms with my sexuality
I actually used the alisklamp neo which was very easy to get online. Before the alisklamp I had a taraklamp but didn't feel as confident with it's construction. The alisklamp worked out pretty well in the end but it didn't not go as smoothly as in informational materials/videos. Application was not hard or painful but extreme discomfort during day 4 onward with wearing clamp. Some wound separation during healing but was managable.
