While scattered across a vast set of literature, we do have information about the sexual abilities of eunuchs who were castrated before puberty:
Martial a Roman poet wrote in his Epigrams (ca. 100 C.E.)
You ask why your Caelia only has eunuchs, Pannychus? Caelia wishes to be fucked but not to give birth. (VI.67)_

Al-Jahiz An Arab naturalist and philosopher (ca. 776868)
A eunuch combines everything a woman could want. She detests all those who are quick to ejaculate but slow to recover but the eunuch is quick to recover after having been slow to ejaculate, as well as being sure not to impregnate her.

Pope Sixtus V wrote in a Papal Bull of 1587 that castrati and eunuchs should not be allowed to marry as their sexuality was corrupting of women.
Charles Ancillon corroborated Pope Sixtus V in his 1707 Traité des euniques, where he examined the sexuality of Italian castrati and found them to be sexually capable.
Julius Tandler & Siegried Grosz in their 1910 article Über den Einfluss der Kastration auf den Organismus. II. Die Skopzen, reported that one Iwan Mil, age 20 and castrated at age 10, had a strong erection during his physical examination.
James McCartney, in his 1929 article Dementia Precox as an Endocrinopathy with Clinical and Autopsy Reports, noted that his study of 20 Chinese court eunuchs and 3 Russian Skoptsy who had fled to China after the Revolution found that all 23 were sexually active despite having been castrated before puberty.
