My experience is estrogen has killed off all desire. Whereas I used to masturbate frequently, now it’s meh. That’s the biggest downside to all this for me. Zero desire.

Estrogen defiantly kills your desire and ability to penetrate, which in our case was on purpose.

But My wife and I now enjoy other forms of sex, more lesbian and including both our breasts a lot.

For me it's more a trade and not a lost.

For my wife it would be ok in the meantime if I would get rid of all the "junk" I have hanging there LOL.

I've been off T for over four months and the shrinkage is pretty dramatic. It hasn't looked so small since I was about 11 years old. Zero erections takes a toll for sure.

So i assume that if you induced an erection, say once a month, then one would not expect the loss of penis size? I know I read, and sorry I dont remember the technical terms, but one of the first things to atrophy and stop functioning, are the muscles that stop the release of blood from the erect penis. Once this muscle has gone so long not working, its pretty much impossible to get its function back. Is this correct?

End of 2019 i was down to 5.75" and stuck there. this was all from having low T after CaCl2 shots.

In June 2020 i had inguinal bilateral orchectomy. I took my first four T shots, but then stopped. My hardons are gone. If i stimulate it gets only semi-hard. Today i measure just 5". Lack of nightly erections seems to make a difference. Is there anything else that would help or accelerate the process of shrinking for a castrated man? estrogens? I want to be under 4" and permanently limp.

To accelerate shrinkage, wearing a tight chastity helps. For me, I tuck my penis inside my body (rolling the head back into the shaft until the whole thing is inside my body) and keeping it tucked with tight underwears or gaffes did help me with shrinkage a lot.

Estrogen also helps, but I did not find it as effective as the physical pressure in keeping it small 24/7. And estrogen would induce feminization, which you would have to decide whether you want that.

When I was in low T, I don't have any desire to orgasm. I and my partner stay physically connected by contacts of the entire body.

I would have a bit of "horniness" every 3 or 4 months.

I can give myself orgasms without getting hard (as described in other posts), and I enjoy them. But once done, my libido shuts down for another quarter or so.

For medical reasons, I had been put on testosterone, and libido comes back, which really sucks.

With testosterone and Viagra, I can get hard, possibly enough for penetration, though I didn't tried. And the few times I get my hard-ons, they are now not quite 4.5", down over an inch from before.

I've been on TRT for 5 years but my T is still on the low side. Even on TRT, my T is at the bottom end of normal and I've had long stretches with few/no nightly erections or morning wood. I'm down from 5.25" to 4.5".

There are some chastity cages that totally compress the penis and some push it internally into the groin. Impossible to get the slightest bit hard. Can be worn for extended periods. I would think prolonged use of such devices would train the cock to not get the slightest bit hard leading to a shrunken penis from lack of erections.
