I am 46 years old and I have been interested in castration and nullification since I was a teenager. At first it was just as a fantasy but now I am also starting to explore the possibility of becoming a eunuch and maybe later a nullo. However I want to make certain that I really want to first because there is no going back.

Welcome from one of the local eunuchs of 5 years and definitely ask questions and be 100 percent sure before surgery as you are right you only get one pair. That being said for myself best thing ever!

It sounds like you're on the same path I was, but about 10 years later in life.

I know a eunuch in NM, but not sure in where in the state you are. Who knows? Maybe you're in the same area.

I also would like to find out if the sugery can be done in state and what I have to do to go through the process besides the counselling.
