I my situation (treatment for hypertension) it became pretty clear that a reduction in blood pressure, which was the desired outcome, reduced blood flow resulting in some ED. As a result of birth defect or childhood injury some veins leak by and apparently I was getting away with it as I aged ...because my blood pressure was going up. While one could blame the medication it's really the leakage. All that said, as we tried what seemed like an endless list of drugs I did experience inability to orgasm, orgasm but no semen, no sensation, castrate levels of testosterone ......almost ever kind of sexual dysfunction. As others have suggested ...your experience could be different ....and a well trained medical professional should be the one prescribing the meds. What I found most surprising was the lack of concern by many medical professionals for impact on sex or other quality of life issues. Eventually I got the care I needed but it took a lot of work.

Interestingly, Buspirone (Buspar) is also often used to treat delayed ejaculation syndrome as well as general anxiety.

I know this thread is over 3 years old but, the reason I started it was to help people avoid ED.

To induce ED, I think the chemical castration Sticky Note would be a good start.
