Mr Wu, 48, revealed that his wife was diagnosed with intermittent explosive disorder six years ago and was treated in Heyuan city.
A devastated Mr Wu also said that his wife had apparently thrown his son's severed penis and testicle 'somewhere'.

Mr Wu was also quoted saying he didn't know how to live with his wife in the future.

You think the moms are cutting them off because they're jealous with penis envy? Why would they do that to their own boys? They could just as easily take off to a strange town, play role of cougar or MILF and be relatively anonymous as they "harvest" as many young cocks as they want. I ve always said and believed that people don t have to be cruel, evil, and destructive from mental illness. People can go harmlessly crazy and not hurt others. There is some addition reason a mentally ill person engages in evil behavior instead of harmless behavior. I m no expert. But common sense says illness is not automatically evil or destructive behavior. So mental illness alone can t account for evil behavior or excuse it.
I m guessing these attacks on their own son are first because of easy access to a vulnerable and helpless victim. Second, some extreme resentment and cruel aggression directed at a young and innocent child. Third, it hurts the father a lot to emasculate his son. That can be a big motivation, and fourth, anti male behavior is not punished or as condemned by many cultures as exactly the same violence done against females. Hurt a male, no big deal. Hurt a female and people go balistic about it. See male vs female circumcision as a prime example.
Drug use isn t suffient to trigger evil behavior verses harmless behavior when under the influence of drugs or drinking. The person doing evil has responsibility for choosing and doing it under all, ALL, circumstances with no excuses.
My guess is these attacks on males genitals occur more in male dominated societies than in female dominated societies. Females lashing out at male organs of innocent young boys or babies to attack all males and attacks against an entire male population in the only way the criminal can safely attack a helpless male. A serial mutilator of grown men or teens would face a fast death at the hands of their victims in most of these countries. And most justice systems worldwide would consider emasculation sufficient grounds to use deadly force in response and killing the mutilator to be legally justified for a man or teen to protect himself from any major penis or testicle harm.
